Just recently bought a used 2012 c-class Mercedes-Benz Coupe and would recommend 610 to everyone I know! From staying in contract through out the whole process, talking me through the car and to purchase time, was very comfortable and pleased with the experience. The car was in great condition when I got it, have had friends think it was brand new, even had brand new tires on it already. Had the rubber mats and carpet mats, outside had no damage and shined and the inside looked like no one has ever sat in it before, you can tell in the lot all the vehicles were of this standard. Customer service was amazing, very knowledgeable and flexible with availability, worked with my schedule, even stayed late to make sure I could visit that day! Great place to find your next car!

I bought a used 2005 Scion XB with 95000 miles on 7/11/2018 and it actually was a very nice experience. Marcos the owner and his lovely assistant were super friendly, straight forward and they did not try to push a car on me. I asked if I could have the car checked out by a mechanic of my choice and that was no problem as long as it was local. I was handed a printout of the car fax on my first visit, got to test drive without any lengthy questions asked. I ran into a problem on my side with the funds to buy the vehicle not yet being on my account, Marcos stayed nice and calm and worked with me to make the sale happen, even so it was at the end of the day and his family was waiting for him to finish up business. The whole experience was just simply pleasant. I have driven the Scion XB now for a week and have put about 500 miles on it and everything is working perfect. I would highly recommend 610 Ultimate Autos.

My daughter needed a car and we did extensive online research and narrowed our search down to 2 cars - one from 601 Ultimate Autos and one from a larger, name brand dealer. My experience was 100% opposite of what I expected. Marcos was attentive, intelligent about his inventory and accommodating. More like talking to a friend than a car dealer. This was an incredibly better experience than with the larger, name brand dealer where I felt like I was being "sold". So we got a great deal with a laid back process and it was a very positive experience... and it certainly opened my eyes to looking at the independent dealers closer when shopping for a used vehicle. Getting the car was quick and easy. Facilities and cars are extremely clean and the staff is more than welcoming. Carfax was provided before it was even asked for and all details matched. Would definitely recommend. All the cars on the lot were clean, and low miles.

This was the second car I purchased from 610 Ultimate and my first experience with Marcos. Both times I felt that I got a good car and a good deal. But Marcos was especially easy (and fun) to work with. I am an elderly lady with not much car buying experience. Marcos was considerate, honest, and generous. I have purchased new and used cars for 30+ years, and 610 Ultimate Autos is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. The owner (Marcos) is not the typical car salesman. No high pressure sales, easy to work with, and has high quality clean cars at a great price. I found this dealership online, and traveled over an hour and half to see the autos on the lot. I came back the next day and purchased an 08 CTS. If I ever need another auto, it will come from Marcos at 610 Ultimate Autos.
