Sheryl, Thank you for your review. While we understand your frustration, we do feel it is important to clarify the facts. Your 2025 , with approximately 20,636 miles, was inspected by a certified technician prior to sale, with all four tires measuring approximately 4/32"–5/32" of tread. After your purchase, one of the tires sustained road damage from hitting an object and was punctured beyond repair. Because the vehicle is AWD, the third-party tire shop recommended replacing the other three tires along with the damaged tire to maintain proper tread consistency. That recommendation does not mean the vehicle was sold with four unsafe tires. We absolutely stand behind the safety of our vehicles and our inspection process. While we understand an unexpected tire expense is frustrating, damage that occurs after the sale is unfortunately not something a dealership can anticipate or prevent.

Easy appointment process. Easy drop-off. Quick shuttle ride to my home. Notified of repair estimate and was able to approve the work I wanted done. Repair was completed much faster than expected. Easy to schedule shuttle pick-up to come get my car. Repair cost seemed lower than expected.
