I have not owned a car since I moved to NYC 14 years ago. I just changed jobs and needed a car for the new 40 mile commute, so I reached out to Kelvin and Affinity Automotive knowing my brother has bought his last five cars from Kelvin. With me in NY and Kelvin in Orlando, I wasn't sure what to expect. But, Kelvin delivered – definitely. Fundamentally, Kelvin established a strong sense of trust and instilled confidence that he had my interests at heart. His honesty / transparency, proficiency and friendliness made the process of buying a pre-owned car a really great experience, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I live in the virgin island and I buy cars from all over the US but since I was told about Affinity Automotive It is a one stop shop. I have purchased over 8 suv's and the owner Kelvin took care of everything including Taking it to the shipping port with no worries for me since I live in the island. It hard to trust someone so far away but all my cars look good works and runs great, clean in and out, I would recommend Affinity Automotive and day. 5 Stars no doubt

After having an awful experience dealing with Roadloans finance company who told me I was approved for the vehicle i had chosen from Affinity Automotive only to call days later telling me they would no longer finance the vehicle I had chosen I was worried that not only would I lose the car I wanted but I would also lose the time and money I invested in my journey to Orlando from Jax. Doing business with Kelvin and Affinity Automotive however was a breath of fresh air. It is rare to find a Dealership with the integrity, honesty, and commitment to help the customer the way Kelvin and Affinity Automotive showed throughout the process of selling me my vehicle. They treated me like a human being first, and not just another sale to push through the door. Furthermore Kelvin and Affinity Automotive went above and beyond and were able to help me finance the car through their lender at a much lower rate than I originally would have payed through Roadloans. Bottomline Affinity Automotive turned a nightmare into a much better situation.

Kelvin was very honest I told him what were my expectations and needs also past experiences with other dealers. I left about four dealers before his because of lies and think us as a consumers don't have a clue, but he even went out of his way a got me the vehicle we need as an family for the price we could afford.

Kelvin is a true professional. I will not shop anywhere else. Service after the sale was truly impressive. Few times in my life have I met a business man that truly looks out for his customer.. Kelvin does! Great person and a friend for life!

Affinity is a one stop shop. You can purchase new/used cars, they take trade-ins, have a service shop for repairs and you can get your car wash/detailed all at the same spot. The staff is exceptional, they focus on your needs. They got me financed with a company that was able to keep my payments within my budget and my car was paid off in a year. YAY Affinity, you guys rock!
