I recently purchased 550i-X from Winslow BMW. Colin Clinton was the sales person with whom I dealt. There was no pressure whatsoever, but over the course... of several days and test drives in 5-6 different models he was patient, professional, very knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I also got to know Gregg Randolph, the managing partner of the company. He personally made sure that every aspect of my experience from financing to the final detailing of the car was taken care of to my complete satisfaction and beyond my expectations. I cannot say enough regarding how impressed I am with both the people and the service I received at Winslow BMW. I recommend them without reservation to anyone who is looking for not just an outstanding automobile, but outstanding customer service as well.

I had a terrific experience at Winslow; the employees were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. They even stayed over an hour and a half past closing... time to ensure I was satisfied and happy with my purchase. Went to look at a CPO X3 and received zero pressure to buy, and no sales tactics of any kind. Darren was perhaps the best car salesperson I have ever... encountered. If everyone was like he is, there would not be a stereotype of car dealers. We bought the car, and my wife said she would send our kids there.

I had some repair work done on my 2005 BMW. The repairs themselves were fine. And the customer service was decent concerning scheduling and payment.... It was not the most impressive experience (dealer or independent) that I've had with repairs. They were also slow to update information. I was still receiving calls and emails months after switching shops, which is why I would say customer service overall is average. For what I needed, they got the job done without a back breaking experience. Although I also received recommendations to other local shops, which left me with mixed questions.
