So far great attention to our needs and requests. Have not had opportunity to experience getting automotive service

I've owned seven consecutive BMW sedans since 1987, and my late wife owned three or four BMW SUVs. I have never had brakes on any BMW like my relatively new M-235. They screech like a Banshee when I back out of my garage and softly tap the break pedal. But Jason has tried to assure me that this is normal. Since the WINSLOW service techs did not experience a similar noise when it was in the shop on 08/20, I have been unable to convince anyone or I am a hypochondriac. I know that I am not a nut job, so I guess that leaves me options: trade in this car for another BMW, sell it and buy a Hyundai or a M-B. A disappointed owner, Ben Rapaport

This is my 2nd X5 from Winslow BMW. Just like the first purchase, the buying experience was great. No xx. Thoughtful, caring, white glove, personalized treatment. Much better than other large dealerships I have worked with. They have a great service department too.

Andrew was very hepful from start to finish. He facilitated a sight-unseen remote purchase, expedited the process and even had it delivered in time for my wife’s birthday party. Not only all of that, but after the payment was completed and the deal was signed (but before delivery) he sent the car for repair of some hail damage that he had noticed and had no obligation to repair. He took such great care of me, without ever even looking me in the eye or shaking my hand, that the next time I need a vehicle, I’m making the drive to see him and make sure he facilitates the deal.
