Wow! This is "old school" enthusiast owned/driven BMW dealership that still values customers after the sale! They have as many collectible BMWs on the showroom floor as they do new BMWs. Staff are car enthusiasts at heart from managing partner Gregg Randolph to client advisor Drew Adams. They truly earn customer loyalty through top-notch service, knowledge of BMWs in general, and promote building the car of your dreams, including the individual select exterior colors. We have owned over 50 BMWs since 1978, and it is refreshing to find a staff and dealership that practices "old school" customer care and support! This is after only visiting the dealership once, purchasing an X3 M, and concluding this is our new "happy place" for all of our BMWs (M5, M3, MZ3, 2002, Z4, 740 msport, etc)!

INSTALLED WRONG TIRE and LIED TO. DO NOT GO HERE
Made an appointment for 1 new tire after blowout. Confirmed correct tire on phone. BMW then installed the WRONG non-RF tire, when I had previously CONFIRMED they had ordered a RF tire. Service Advisor Michael apologized and told me they would take care of this. Now, they are demanding I pay for the whole tire that was supposed to have been installed in the first place. I was lied to about BMW installing the correct tire, and I was lied to by Michael when he apologized and told me it would be taken care of. Do not go here. Drive to Denver is worth it.

Very unhappy
We purchased a 2016 used BMW X5 from Winslow about a year and a half ago and was happy with our purchase at the time. Yesterday while driving down the highway, they moon roof exploded with a gapping hole and glass everywhere. I had my 20 month old in the car and I am currently pregnant. I scared me to death to think about if I did not have the cover on and the glass getting all over us. This def did not make me feel safe driving the car. I looked online and there are MANY websites that talk about how the X5 from year 2012 -2018 have had issues with the moon roof just randomly exploding. Took the car in to the dealership and of course right away they starting with the statements that it was a rock that did it. I have owned many cars throughout my life and have never had this issue. I called the sales manager, as I wanted to explain to him that I now do not feel safe in this car with soon to be two kids under two and would like to look at getting a different car. We went in, told them the cars we would like to test drive and drove them. We picked out one, now we were not looking for. A free car, but considering the circumstances and the safety problem, thought they would work with us. They came back with an offer on the car that was ess than Kelly Blue Book and sticker pice on the car they already knew was over priced according to TrueCar and said that was the best they could do. Then they said that the damage to the car could not be filed with the warranty with BMW and we had to file through our insurance company because they could NOT prove it was NOT a rock that did it. I was like if a rock can destroy your moon roofs like that then I def do not feel safe in them. Needless to say I walked out and I WILL NOT purchase a car with them. I am forced to drive a car that I feel is not safe that they verified. As soon as we are able to get out of the car, I will sell and go to Denver to purchase a car. I bought the BMW for safely for the family, especially the kids and that is now ruined for me. And to add to the experience we got an email next day saying they were offering incentives for military up to $4000 and nothing was even mentioned about that. I guess they are not as military friendly as the claim to be.
