I paid $570 and my car is not working.

I paid $570 and my car is not working. Its seen it was touched. I have the same problem My car is not operating good It is still the KEY switch. I want to be treated fair. My car was in the shop for 36 hours at Mike Maroone Chevrolet and It is doing the same thing. Please contact me. So, I can change the stars, Please.

Went to lease a Chevy Blazer EV on Oct.

Went to lease a Chevy Blazer EV on Oct. 26, 2024 traded in my truck, drove off with my vehicle and thought the deal was pretty much done that day but I was sure wrong!! Financing was never finished, I called at least 10 times, stopped in (I live 100 miles from dealer) emailed multiple times and had to call GM Financial myself multiple times to see what was going on. GM Financial informed me multiple times of missing forms and illegible forms that the dealership sent them that was the issue. Also, they ran my credit 3 separate times in that period when I only authorized the first one the day I went in. So now after 2 1/2 months it's finally done but I get stuck with $150 charge that I had to pay because it took so long for them to pay off my trade, then had to pay the first 2 months of my lease which they said they'd pay at the beginning of the phone call, then had to pay an extra $46 fee that I wasn't told about to use a card over the phone for payments. I also called 3 times to get new temp tags because it took so long that the initial ones expired before they got the financing finished. They promised to Fed Ex the new temp tags all 3 times and still haven't got my new temp tags from them thru Fed Ex. Very upset, very dissatisfied and will never do business here or ever recommend them to anyone. 2 1/2 months to get paperwork and financing finalized is unacceptable and ridiculous!

I bought a jeep from the that come to find out has a

I bought a jeep from the that come to find out has a plywood floor. One month after I bought it check engine light came on they told me to come up there to get it checked out and then they turned me away after that my fuel pump went out had to get that fixed at the big O and then a month after that my radiator went out got it fixed at the big O. The big girl said somebody knew that there was a crack in the radiator because somebody had circled it on the radiator. Then a month after that a part in my wheel fell off had to get that fixed at the big O. They are the ones that told me that I had a plywood for when they raise the car. I suggested nobody buy anything from this company they’re just looking out for money they’re not looking out for you

I was just outside Colorado Springs on a vacation from Dallas, Texas when my check engine light came on (alternating flashing and steady)...on a Sunday afternoon. I drove my Tahoe over to Mike Maroone South, dropped my key and went to rent a car. On Monday morning at 7:30, Joseph called and said they were doing a diagnostic test on it. Called back by 9:00 am and said they knew what was needed and that they could have it fixed by that afternoon! I picked it up the following day and continued on my vacation. Joseph and his team were FANTASTIC! This was the best service I have EVER experienced. Because of Mike Maroone Chevrolet, I was able to continue my vacation safely and they saved me a lot on the rental by completing it so quickly. THESE GUYS ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!
