Great Used Vehicles!

Great experience, thank you Oscar! We were very impressed by the condition of the cars that we saw at Fares. We found the perfect Mustang for us there, low miles, nice paint, interior in great condition! We had found most used Mustangs to look better in pictures than in person. This was the first one that we found that lived up to it's pics, and was even nicer in person!! We drove almost three hours out of our way to Fares looking for a specific Mustang, but after seeing the condition that they keep all of their vehicles, I would not hesitate to make the drive next time I am looking for any used car!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Unfortunately I can't add the photo of the estimate given from A1 Committed Autocare & Sales. This was in regards to vehicle 1ZFT80N0 (2006 Mustang). The Carfax report looked awesome BTW. Prepurchase Inspection found this. 1. Front Struts Bad. 2.Camber Adjustment is bad on front end. ( Tire hits wheel ) 3. Rear shocks are bad. 4. Leaking coolant from thermostat housing. 5. Rear End leaking differential fluid. 6.Oil pan gasket leaking oil. 7. Clutch engages first gear erratically sometimes. 8.Drive belt bad. 9.AC compressor is leaking freon from front seal. 10.Needs a tune up. 11. Rear brakes need pads and rotors. Needless to say I'm out $85, for a car I was wary of, but thought maybe might be worth it and getting discount to get the required work done. Money better used for repair, upkeep, insurance, or payment......Heck, lots of stuff.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

Found a Taurus online and made the drive (200 miles) to check it out. First, the thing was overfilled with oil by at least 2 quarts (it was on a slight incline, but not THAT much of one). Second upon inspection of the coolant in the reservoir, there was oil floating atop the coolant. With the vehicle running, I watched and saw oil periodically appear in the coolant reservoir as well (the coolant was overfilled as well). I have a very good knowledge of vehicles and am QUITE aware that there should NO oil in the coolant on a vehicle. Cracked head, block or blown head gasket seem to come to mind. The salesman, while polite, attempted to ensure me that there were no issues with this vehicle.... Uh wrong dude...... Needless to say.. NO purchase will ever be made by me through this dealership. If you do choose to visit, DO NOT make a purchase unless you are either very knowledgeable about cars or you have your mechanic check the vehicle out thoroughly!!!!!

Fares Auto -- very positive experience!!

I just bought a car for my teen daughter and we are very happy with our Fares car! Danny the owner was great on phone, and easy to do business with. It was the 3rd car I looked at and it was beautiful. His dealership is squeaky clean and all of his workers were very sweet with us. We struck a good deal and feel both were happy. I would highly recommend the dealer!

Great Deal, Low Pressure, Good People

This is a low-pressure organization with Good People selling used cars with a bit of performance at low prices. I bought a nice 2011 Kia Forte EX from them and was impressed by their honesty and transparency. This car was priced comparably to 8 other cars I considered at other dealerships -- all of which were higher priced and of lower quality. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used car.

Buy from this dealer!!!

Very excellent service. Danny (owner) is a very nice dealer who sells great quality cars. He'll work with you to find you what you're looking for at a fairly reasonable price. His assistant Oscar, is also very nice and incredibly helpful. Overall, I would strongly recommend buying from this dealer.

Very Smooth Transaction

I purchased a used (70,500k miles) 2009 Jeep Wrangler X off of this dealer online. The dealer was very quick with the response time, worked hard to accommodate my needs, and ensured every aspect of my purchase to progress smoothly. I would suggest this seller to anybody. Additionally, I was concerned about the negative reviews, and Danny informed me that they were from people who purchased $2k-$3k vehicles and expecting them to be brand new.

Good car selection. Easy to work with.

I bought a used car from Fares in the summer of 2014. My experience was an internet search for the specific car I wanted, followed by a sight unseen purchase (photos & Car Fax only) and shipping the car to me. I was happy with the experience with Danny. He was easy to work with. Came down on the price for me since the car needed tires and a few other things. I did as much investigating as I could. They answered all my questions. He held the car for me until I gave him a deposit within a day or 2. I arranged shipping myself. (Danny did offer to arrange) In the end, I have a beautiful, 10 year old sports car that looks brand new! It was a good find. I would recommend Fares for anybody in the market for daily drivers all the way up to specialty sports cars. With all used cars purchases, do your homework thoroughly and be prepared to do maintenance items after you buy the car.

Use Caution

I purchased a 2004 Volvo XC70 from Fares Auto sight unseen over the internet and had it delivered to me. I recommend that no one else buy a car from this dealer without seeing it first. Danny was very nice and provided prompt service until the day that the car was purchased. As soon as he received the check, communication became very scarce. It was several days after the purchase before I was provided any information on how the vehicle would come into my position. I had to call his cell phone and the dealership repeatedly over the course of 3 days to get information on shipping. It took a week and a half after the check has cleared before the title arrived in the mail. Before purchasing the car I inquired over the phone about any flaws the car may have. I was told there was only a small dent by the front driver?s side door. When the car arrived there were a few dents and several scratches all round the car as well as huge crack in the rear passenger side window. (the scratches are expected on a 10 year old car but the frustrating part is that he never mentioned them) The center counsel was also broken off. After several attempts to contact him I was finally successful and he told me he was unable to work with me on the cracked window. Also the decals and emblem on the rear door were completely different than the decals and emblems in the picture of the car that the dealer had posted online. At first I thought he shipped me a completely different car but the VIN number matches up. He must have switched out the trunk door with another Volvo before shipping the car. On a positive note the car is very clean and seems to run well. PLEASE USE CAUTION WHEN DEALING WITH FARES AUTO SALES.
