Inept, lacks Integrity, lives up to the nickname of Crookfield Dodge. Trust, confidence, and respect are core values? What a joke. Not two weeks after purchasing a used car from Brookfield, the brake sensor system readout indicated a “major brake malfunction. Pull over at a safe place and contact your service dealer.” I took the car in to Brookfield service, and after a $150 diagnostic fee, was told that they could find nothing and chalked it up to a sensor that was probably sensitive to water and snow. When it happened again a short time later, I took the car to my local mechanic, and he discovered that the brake pads were completely worn to the dangerous point. I had him replace them and took the old brake pads with the bill to Brookfield, gave them to Tony, The assistant sales manager, who said he’d look into it. When I took my car in to get an oil change, I thought I would talk to them again about the issue. John, the sales manager, claimed to know nothing about it, said I couldn’t prove that the old brake pads (which had conveniently disappeared) came off my car and that my mechanic had scammed me and replaced brake pads that didn’t need it. John did say that he would bring the matter to his general manager. Brookfield let me drive a car off of the lot twice with a potentially dangerous brake condition, called me a liar, lost parts that would have shown their lack of sales and service integrity, and called my local mechanic a scammer. Brookfield lives up to the stereotype of a used car salesman who will do anything for a sale including selling me a car with no brakes, refusing to acknowledge their ineptitude and making it right. They live up to the moniker “Crookfield”. I will never recommend them to anyone.

The sells man Tony polley really really good guy helped me got what I needed felt pretty blessed on my purchase. Didn’t try to over sell me either. I’ll recommend him any day. Beware- Dealer keeping new car and our deposit!
Ordered new car (hellcat redeye) that arrived with damage. Extensive hassles between dealer and FCA customer care that has resulted in no deal. Now dealer insisting on keeping the car AND our deposit after not honoring $8000 rebate and backdating sale date. Our salesperson was good but BEWARE of the Management here!

Five Star Dealership!

New Ram 1500 BigHorn
2nd vehicle I have bought from Brookfield. First was my 2013 Jeep Wrangler, Now a new Ram SLT BigHorn 1500 with s 5.7 Hemi loaded. Nicest folks work here, I spent all afternoon With John D. My salesman. Test driving several trucks, never was pressured. From sales Manger Sally or the finance Guy. Will buy again.

Tyler is awesome. I write letters to help their careers and after the last service Mgr. left I was a little worried. Tyler looks out for me and my auto and avoids unnecessary expenses. He should be next in line to move up, I hope. He deserves it while managing a very green crew. Right Michael?
