Great Experience! Very Low Key!

After searching for a new car for my wife for months, we finally decided on a Mini ClubmanS All4. The car is absolutely a hoot, and very stable on snow, and the dealership was great to work with. Daryl did a fantastic job, even when I didn’t buy the one I had driven 6 hours to purchase, and switched to a used one that I found on the lot once I arrived. I spent years selling cars, and I really appreciated how things were handled here.

Dissatisfied Return Customer

I am a returning customer to Schomp Mini. In the past, I have had excellent service in the sales and service department. However, my latest purchase of a Certified Preowned 2016 Countryman left me a little concerned. I came to realize that the Certified Preowned vehicle that I purchased has a problematic front end alignment issue, which is now causing severe wear on my front tires. In addition, the rear license plate light was burned out. Lastly, a front license plate bracket was not installed on the vehicle. I had trusted that items like the ones that I mentioned about would have been checked by the dealership before it was listed/sold as Certified Preowned. I am highly disappointed in the fact that I must now have my alignment fixed, the front license plate bracket installed and the rear license plate light all repaired at my expense. Schomp - and the personnel have I dealt with in the past - have always been professional, but I'm very disappointed in my last purchase transaction. Buying a car can be very stressful and Jeff made us feel reassured and was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining every single question we asked him. He was excellent at communicating to both myself and my husband outside of the dealership as well. We had such a wonderful experience buying a used Mini from Schomp and will definitely be returning customers. Clay listened to exactly what I wanted and guided us through the entire process. It felt like working with a friend rather than a salesman. From the initial phone call to signing the paperwork, it was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had.
