Schomp Mini

Just purchased my 4th mini. 3rd from Schomp. 2nd from Noah. Not only is Noah very professional, he Hayes the process easy and FUN! Thank you Noah! Thank you Schomp. #ForeverMini

Scott was knowledgeable and patient with us over the course of two days. He was able to answer every question. When he did not know the answer, he took the time to find out, and we had several questions from features to service to pricing to warranties. The entire experience felt relaxed and honest.

Scott was respectful and collaborative helping find the right vehicle. I never felt pressured and he was helpful working through hurdles that came up towards the end when we were trying to close the deal.

I had a great time at Schomp Mini. Tyler and Jeff were awesome! They took the time to build rapport and answer all my questions. I will definitely refer them in the future.

We called Daryel ahead of time from out of state, and he had two cars waiting for us that met our criteria. We picked one and the whole transaction was smooth and pleasant. And the dealership was clean and modern.

I went to Schomp mini to look at their used car selection and was feeling overwhelmed at the idea of buying a car, but Noah made the entire experience incredibly easy, comfortable, and fun!! He was great at listening to my wants and hopes for a car and instantly pulled up a few options that he thought would be a good fit. I found a car with everything and more than I wanted and I’m so happy with the experience! When I need another car in the future, I will definitely check out Schomp mini again. Cha Cha Phuengsema was my initial contact person at Schomp Mini and she was with me thru the whole process. She was so helpful and patient during this process. This car is the first car I have purchased in many years and I knew nothing about the technology in this car. She explained everything more than once and made sure I understood. All of the staff I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. I could not have had a better experience.

The sales person who helped us were very polite and eager to answer all the questions we had. They followed up well and helped us finding the right car that fits our numbers. They know their job very well.

I felt as though my visit mattered and that I was valued for coming in. Fika Host is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and personable. She is an asset to the dealership.

i have been going to mini schomp for the few years i has my 2008 mini cooper for service, so i already liked the dealership. They were very good to me especially when my fob was burned in my house fire and they gave me a discount. fast forward several months after when my mini got totaled dec 3 , and i was looking for a replacement car , i went to schomp mini . That is when i met Jason a sales person at the dealership. Jason went totally out of his way to find me a used car ( since i couldn't afford a new mini ) ! He made every effort to find me a reliable alternative to the 2008 mini i had lost so tragically to an SuV sliding into her while she was parked. originally i wanted to get another mini , however i wanted a 4 door countryman . He advised me of the best years to buy one second hand. Hoover, since i was unable to finance, I was not able to afford the mini I wanted . He spent many hours helping me find a good alternative which fit my circumstances and budget. He suggested a a rav 4 that was in the used car stock at mini schomp. I would have totally bought this car from him , but it unfortunately has a transmission problem and just quit on me while test driving it. After that car was no longer an option he looked for many alternatives that would be reliable and also be Awd , He even gave his opinion on cars i was gonna look at else where. when there was nothing in stock that would fit my needs, he never tried to push something else on me. and even gave me advice on shopping for a used car. He is the type of salesman who has integrity and cares about his clients. i know he had clients who could afford new and more expensive cars than i could afford, but he always made me feel like i was just as important , asanyone else he was working with and made me feel like i was his only client. Jason has one of those personalities that just made me feel comfortable talking to him . He is good at his job because he is honest , and because of that i absolutely trusted ( still do ) his opinion and his suggestions as far as what type of s are most dependable to buy used . i sincerely wish i could havenended up buying a car from him. the only reason i did not was because i was set on getting a 6 cylinder rav 4 , one which was in my budget ( which was likely very low compared to the clients he usually worked with. if there had been another 6cylinder rav 4 i would have bought it from him in a heart beat!!! I can't say enough about what an asset he was to me! also he is an asset to mini schomp ! he doesn't need to bs people to sell them cars he has the perfect personality to do so with integrity and honesty! i like and respect him very much ! I will refer anyone i know or meet who is looking for a new or used car to him, and in the future when I am in the position to afford my ideal car , which happens to be a mini cooper countryman or clubman awd. i will work with Jason and only Jason . He is truly just a wonderful person and mini schomp is so lucky to have someone if his character working for them. People like him are very rare. most sincerely, kandace barnett i feel 100% certain that i can say this on behalf of my best friend Peter Zrinscak as well . Peter went with me to car shop , and i know he really thinks Jason is a straight shooter of a salesman, and a most excellent human .
