I bought a used car from Heiser today.

I bought a used car from Heiser today. One of the nicest car buying experiences I have ever had. I wanted a good, older car, that did not have too many miles for its age, and was not priced way above the value. I found several there, but this one I bought was just what I was looking for. A few cosmetic things, but I expect that with an older car. The salesman and the manager were very personable and forthright with what they told me. He had a Carfax report to back it up. I am well-pleased. Keep up the good work gentlemen!

I bought a used car from Heiser today. One of the nicest car buying experiences I have ever had. Never Again

I bought a vehicle at Heiser at the end of November (Ray was great to work with - no complaints there), and in February I started getting a rattling under the hood. The repair shop said that my timing chain needs to be replaced, which is $2500 fix. Since then, I have also started having groaning from my brakes that are vaguely reminiscent of a dying dinosaur (which the repair shop said was due to a part not being put on the brake the last time the brake pads were changed), my AC and heat just blow the same temperature no matter the setting, and it sounds like a jet engine any time I press the accelerator. Cody at Heiser said they won't do anything about it since the 90 day warranty is past, although we have documentation from the mechanic that the issue was diagnosed before the 90-day warranty was up and we notified Heiser of the issue very shortly after the warranty expired - Cody is also not returning calls. We have bought several vehicles from them over the years, and I will never buy there again and will make sure other potential customers know that they don't particularly care about their customers or want them to keep coming back. My company was looking at several vehicles on their lot to purchase for our sales team, and due to this experience are looking elsewhere.

ok experience but beware of a certain salesman

I have bought multiple cars from Heisers over the years with no problems until I had to deal with Cody Heiser. HOWEVER, i highly recommend that if you do decide to purchase a car here DO NOT. i repeat DO NOT work with Cody Heiser. He will sell you a car with a supposed 50/50 Warrenty but then refuse to honor it. He will never call you back and flat out ignore you when you have questions or concerns or problems. If you do decide to go Heisers then work with J.L. Witkowski. He is a straight shooter and will work with you.
