Not much buding on price, but with the car and the verbal
Not much buding on price, but with the car and the verbal agreements for their prep work, thought I was OK. Had a 90-minute delay on "buying day" when my salesman decided to start a meeting with a much late-arriving couple just before my appointment. When I finally got the car home, discovered the CD player didn't work, the hood latch didn't work (the hood popped up a couple inches each time I tried to close it), and the scratches on the exterior were not taken care although I told they would be during "detailing". Only reason I don't give a lower grade is that folks I met with were not loud, aggressive types.

Mark took care of us very well as always . Only wish you had a Senior discount or coupon. Brakes were expensive especially on a fixed income.
