This was probably the worst experience I?

This was probably the worst experience I?ve ever had getting a service. I value my time and I do not appreciate it being wasted. I was going to the vending machine when they pull my vehicle back in. So, I waited patiently for another 20 or 30 minutes. I have my son with me and he needs his diaper changed. I had to go back outside to see what was going on. Instead of taking my paperwork inside so I can go. They out there talking about who?s retiring and trying to figure out with one of them are paying for lunch. When they finally decided to ask what they could help me with. I ask what the problem is and had to tell they my name three times. Just to hear oh it might be ready. Still did not try to take care of me until I pointed out that I seen when my vehicle was pulled back in. I could understand if they was busy. I see now that you all have no respect for the customers. I?m very upset by the lack of respect for my son. I?ll be take my business elsewhere

Al and his team were AMAZING!

Al and his team were AMAZING! They were patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them and the next time I am in the market for truck or car they will be my first call.

My sister bought a new GMC from this dealership paid

My sister bought a new GMC from this dealership paid cash. You would think paying in full would hold some weight but when she went back to the dealership for some help-from the general manager no less....he was getting ready to go on vacation and could not help her. There is NO MORE customer service. Wish I had looked at their reviews before sending her there.

Paid cash for a new vehicle Only gave us a 7 day drive

Paid cash for a new vehicle Only gave us a 7 day drive out tag. Said all paperwork would be sent to our county to pay taxes and get license. After 11 days the county still doesn?t have the paperwork. We called the person who handles this at Landers. He acted like we were bothering him by calling. He said that he would check into it and call us back. He never did. I guess if you pay for a vehicle they are finished with you once they get their money. The young salesman was wonderful but I?ll never buy another vehicle here because of the attitude of the general manager once the deal is done. We will get license somehow and believe me we will not be a bother to him or this business again.

I was quoted $2700 after taxes $3k for repairs and it'd

I was quoted $2700 after taxes $3k for repairs and it'd take 3-5 days. It took over 3 weeks and I was lied to constantly about timeline. I spoke with a front desk lady who looked up my truck who said all parts were in but no work was being done on my truck. When i talked to my vehicle rep he said we were still awaiting parts to come in to finish repairs. When i confronted him about what the front desk lady said he stated the last part just arrived. And it'd be another week to finish repairs. I had to pay out of pocket over 3 weeks for a rental car. When I asked for compensation i was told manager said he would not give me a vehicle because id put to many miles on it and in exchange they would discount repairs cost. When I arrived to get my truck I was told my bill was around $3.7k and they got it down to 3k for me. Which was the original quote and so I was upcharged to make it seem like a discount was given. Never will go back again.

Mike Wade was probably the best car salesman I have ever

Mike Wade was probably the best car salesman I have ever dealt with and I bought over 40 cars in my lifetime for family members myself and others. He was thorough. He did all the legwork and shopping for me because I hate shopping lol but he made sure I knew every detail. It was seamless as if he was working for me. A true leader is a true servant, and that describes how he was he introduced me to all the folks there and that was very impressive. They made me feel like I was part of a family and that was very cool

Great job,Great employees , I had my oil changed and

Great job,Great employees , I had my oil changed and tires rotated on my Xt6 four times so far and it?s always less than an hour. They also reset the oil life percentage and enter information to satisfy warranty.

Communication with the Service Department has to be

Communication with the Service Department has to be initiated by the customer after dropping off the vehicle. The customer has to do the calling to the warranty companies to get the process started and to keep them from moving at a snail's pace. The service advisors fail to follow up and offer false information about when to expect your repairs to be ready. Hands down, this has been the worst customer service experience of my life!

Oil change service

I had an appointment scheduled truck wasn?t taken back until after the appointment time. Service is great the people who work there are great. But if you have a scheduled time try to get your customer at that scheduled time. Other than that great!
