Mike Wade was probably the best car salesman I have ever dealt with and I bought over 40 cars in my lifetime for family members myself and others. He was thorough. He did all the legwork and shopping for me because I hate shopping lol but he made sure I knew every detail. It was seamless as if he was working for me. A true leader is a true servant, and that describes how he was he introduced me to all the folks there and that was very impressive. They made me feel like I was part of a family and that was very cool

Great job,Great employees , I had my oil changed and tires rotated on my Xt6 four times so far and it?s always less than an hour. They also reset the oil life percentage and enter information to satisfy warranty.

Communication with the Service Department has to be
Communication with the Service Department has to be initiated by the customer after dropping off the vehicle. The customer has to do the calling to the warranty companies to get the process started and to keep them from moving at a snail's pace. The service advisors fail to follow up and offer false information about when to expect your repairs to be ready. Hands down, this has been the worst customer service experience of my life!

Oil change service
I had an appointment scheduled truck wasn?t taken back until after the appointment time. Service is great the people who work there are great. But if you have a scheduled time try to get your customer at that scheduled time. Other than that great!

Southhaven, Mississippi, Landers, Buick, and GMC
I want to take this opportunity! Two explain what a great service manager Mr. Thomas, is. This professional and I mean what I say, he is a true professional. I drive past three other dealerships, and from Tennessee to Mississippi to have my 2020 GMC 2500 Denali pick up service. I do it because of the great care, customer service, integrity, that Mr. Thomas, the young lady, who sets the appointments for me, and the young lady in the cashier booth, who takes the payments for the service. I?m very sure I will be doing another service survey, and I will mention their names. Because they play pivotal role with Mr. Thomas with the great service that I receive. I will be totally honest with anybody reading this survey, my first oil change, and customer service that I received from this dealership was total garbage. The customer service was horrible. But Mr. Thomas, was not present at that time. And I gave the lowest survey possible, and I was very specific why I gave a poor review. Mr. Thomas, deserves a raise, a tremendous raise in pay ,when I?m sitting in the lobby, at the dealership, the other clients feel the same way I do about Mr. Thomas,. This man is truly a man with integrity and honesty. I think management, and upper management addressed , some of the customer service issues, and or low morale but please don?t get comfortable keep up the great work. you guys are the best!

Service Dept customer relations
Got there in the morning and was greeted and my check in, went smoothly. I received a text after I left telling me if I had any questions please respond to the text. I did later in the day and heard nothing back. I tried it twice, with no response. I then tried calling five different times and it keep going to voice mail. I finally received at text that stated vehicle ready. I made my way to the dealership, walked in and there was a young man in glasses that worked there. He had papers in his hand, looked at me and keep walking. He was the same associate that waited on me in the morning. I make it to the desk and no one was there. I finally asked the associate do I need to go find someone? He said no, someone would be out to help me, he could not because he was with a customer. Finally he came back out and ask what I needed. I told him I had received a text my vechile was ready. He told me to go to cashier to pay. He did not tell me what was done to vehicle or what was wrong. I went to pay and asked what was done to my vechile. She was polite, but stated she could not answer my question, I would need to go back out to the service desk. I did and another associate was sitting at the desk on the far left and told me what was done to the vehicle. I asked about some notes on the paperwork and was told not to worry about them. The communication and the way they were with me was terrible customer service.

Not honoring warranties.
Poor customer service. Not honoring GMC warranty’s. Disrespectful employees,not answering service department call,voicemail always full. Real unprofessional staff, not what it was like when vehicle purchased.

Repairing My Buick Verano
It was simple my engine light kept coming on and a message kept appearing on the screen A.C off due to high engine temp and my AC would not get cold . It was hot and frustrating until I coulnd'nt stand it anymore so I took it to Landers Buick GMC Dealer and they hooked it up , I appreciated the service work that they did and I'm satisfied now . Thanks again Landers
