Keenny was excellent with customer service. Amber was a plus too. Keenny’s helpfulness with recommendations and updates were appreciated. Very pleased with the car wash at the completion of the service.

Miguel has always been patient and kind to us. Now that he is working in the Maintenance Dept. he worked with us on our recent repairs. He was very helpful and explained everything to us and arranged for us to have a loaner car. Thank you.

Nice People, Cumbersome Process
We just bought a little used 2023 Nissan Rogue SL. The salesman, sales manager, and finance manager were all very nice. Price was good, but not great. Since it was one if the few SL models within 250 miles, I bought it. The most frustrating part of the whole process was the three hours it took to sign all of the paperwork.
Nice People, Cumbersome Process
We just bought a little used 2023 Nissan Rogue SL. The salesman, sales manager, and finance manager were all very nice. Price was good, but not great. Great local people, poor company decisions
Keeney was great my car was ready with in the Time he said. With that said Nissan is in the process of pricing themselves out of the oil change business $107.00 dollars is high, I understand you have certified technicians but I don’t believe that’s who is changing my oil? Even if that is the case still high for a simple oil change in my opinion. Also I bought my tires from Nissan and you want 30 dollars to rotate them, could go to just about any tire dealer and buy tires and they charge nothing to repair and rotate?

Casey, Rick, John, and the service team bent over backwards to get me the exact car I wanted (Nissan Ariya Platinum). Other reviews complained about the clear coat, maintenance, window tinting, and other options available—these are all completely optional and that has been made clear to me every single time I have purchased a vehicle from Tonkin. They are scrupulously honest and devoted to serving their customers. I’m not just Nissan loyal, I’m Tonkin loyal! Highly recommend this family of dealerships.

BAIT AND SWITCH PLAYER AND VERY DISHONEST...driving down from the Olympia area we went to look at a vehicle they had advertised for 39,500[CPO 23 ROGUE PLATINUM]. the salesman was very nice. we already put our VIN number on the Kelley Blue Book site and saw the trade range being from mid $10,300 to low 14,100 we figured trying to be around 12,500 or so was not too much to ask they came back offering LIKE 8000 for the trade showing us at Kelley Blue Book print out saying that they're deriving the information from Kelly direct when I had the website up with the VIN... Also, buyer beware, when they wrote up the sales proposal from the used car manager the price of the vehicle was switched to 41999 + 1300 for a ceramic coating package another 900 for some clear paint protectant, 3,500 for an extended warranty even though it was a Nissan CPO... just typical price inflators....So the bait and switch on the price of the sale was pretty apparent and then trying to say they use the same resources and not even listening to the fact that I used the exact same resources in the numbers weren't correct tells me that they were obviously manipulating information to their favor. so the deal looked good until you showed up in person. On our way out I also heard some other people having the same conversation of how they were being treated shady and we're going somewhere else. Also pretty tacky to do an appraisal on the vehicle and move it and then when they give you the keys back after you reject their shady shenanigans and they don't bother to tell you where they relocated the car.needless to say, went to olympia nissan and bought a new.. not used Rogue Platinum for less. way less.I will NEVER recommend GEE Automotive or tonkin auto to anyone. I will also be reporting them accordingly for the blatantly obvious slimy practices.Do better.AVOID THIS PLACE... Another dishonest dealership colors show a day after purchase. Initially the staff at Tonkin were great to work with and I had a good experience with my purchase up until the next day when the car I purchased was still on Cars.com but now listed for $1,100 less than what I paid the day before. This was less than 24 hours later and I found this information out on my birthday. Makes me wonder had I checked before signing if it was already lowered. I inquired about this with the sales person who helped me and the staff explained the situation and apologized but also did not remedy the situation or offer how they could remedy it. The car itself is great but this is deceptive and false advertising.
