Wonderful service and customer service.
I am new to the Volkswagen experience. With a 2004 GTI I had a check engine light come on. I had a 7am appointment that led to needing a timing belt and some odds and ends. From the service writer to the technician all the way to the service manager was an absolutely wonderful experience. Kept me very informed and updated. The text of a video of the issues with my car was a wonderful touch. The entire dealership had a wonderful feel and was very comfortable. I want to say thank you for the perfect customer service and making me feel at home. Ask yourself how did you make me feel? Absolutely perfect service
Premium Service on a SEL Premium R-Line Atlas
Excellent buying experience with sales and support staff. Started the process while on vacation and texting the sales team. With a small deposit they held the two vehicles I was deciding between. Transmission fluid change
Good customer service friendly. Took exact time estimated and quote was very similar to price. I would definitely suggest this dealership to others who Own Vw’s.

I purchased a 2012 gmc acadia from your dealership in orem ut right after it opened for business. The salesman LIED!!!!!! He said you guys did a 135 point inspection and that there was not leaks and no worries. The car was sound. Had he been honest I would have been able to fix the motor before blowing it due to NO OIL BECAUSE OF A LEAK. I was diagnosed with MS right after. I took what I had in my retirement to replace the MOTOR. I have been able to work for 2 years, I'm disabled. I moved back to Ogden Ut. last summer. My wife talke me into taking the acadia to Ken Garff in Riverdale. I told them my car was eating oil and leaking oil like it was at a buffet. 6 thousand dollars!!!!!!! Later still eating oil. The Ken Garff last name HAS DONE NOYHING BUT HOSE ME. Someone that is disabled and can't work. I'm thinking of calling my attorney, and my dear friend Bill Gephardt who I worked with at channel 2 news. I'm tired of hearing that I need to pay a diagnostic fee, and being LIED TO.

Fast, fair, and thorough with great communication
This is the fifth time I've brought one of my VWs in for any service (oil changes included). This occasion required routine maintenance (oil change, factory recommended brake fluid replacement, and the factory recommended fuel system cleaning), as well as a warranty repair for a pair of sway bar links which wore out far too early (at 38K miles). The sway bar links were covered by warranty, thankfully. The service technicians were exceptionally thorough in verifying the state of my Atlas, including recommending—and not requiring—the recommended factory services, and confirming the worn sway bar links. I had initially thought that only the driver side link was bad, but the service technician did a test drive and was concerned that the passenger side was also worn, so he brought it back in and replaced it too. So, with multiple services performed, I dropped my car off at 1:15pm and it was done by 5:20pm. Very satisfied, and I am coming to trust the team at Ken Garff so that when I'm outside the warranty period, I know I will continue to receive trustworthy service and value.

Anthony our sales rep was wonderful. We felt like he cared about us and tried to get us what we wanted. We would recommend Anthony at Ken Graff VW over anyone else. Fanatics at what he does.
My Ken Garff VW Orem Experience
I REALLY appreciated the no pressure atmosphere. If I want to buy a car I will buy it and I’ll be happier with it knowing I thought it through. This is my biggest pet peave with most car dealerships. Anthony was very patient, answered all my questions and everyone there was friendly, but gave me the space I needed to come to my own decision. I hate the whole car buying process , but these guys made it bearable. THANKS!
