I went to this dealership and my car had a small issue .

I went to this dealership and my car had a small issue . So I went there and they charged me 2500$ to fix something wrong with the engine. Then we waited for a little awhile and got an email saying they needed to change something else and it was going to cost 3000$.. then we waited again and they said bad news the engine is broken . Then they said an engine will cost 6000$.. so we did all that. Then now the car still has a check engine light on and they don’t want to fix it when I already spent 14600 on repairs for the car and they still haven’t fixed my issues which it still has a check engine light on. And they couldn’t fix it at all. And I spent 8 months going back and forth from Orem to salt lake the gas wasted and everything so please don’t come to this shop they will see you as a price tag

Thank you for response first and I will take about my case with Orem services Ken karff it’s was hard and bad treatment with the manager Roy for services it’s was bad and I was replace new engine brand new and I spend $14600 to get my car like brand new and my still same with cheek engine light on I can’t believe that and I have all approve and document to show any information for manager or big owner it’s is fair and standing for right and fixed the problem because now I’m broken no car I used and my money gone not fair Service dealer Orem do this it’s bad and bad service again should be make big investigation about this team and my name Ahmed Mohamed my phone 9175005540 I have all right if I’m not getting my right for this dealer I’m can getting my right for some where else thank you

No nonsense buying experience

I do not enjoy buying cars, in fact I dread the whole process. That being said, my recent experience buying through Ken Garff was surprisingly pleasant and pretty painless. They were very straight forward, didn’t pressure me to do things I wasn’t interested in, didn’t waste my time and I actually got a better price than I expected. This has never happened at any dealership I have been to before. I really appreciated that!! Grace did a great job of keeping me updated on the progress of my car and helping to get everything ready so I could get in and out and quickly as possible. This is the second car I’ve purchased here and I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else again if I don’t have to.

Poor trained employees

They made a diagnosis of my car and when asked more in-depth questions about my car they couldn't answer them. Defeated the whole purpose of taking it to the dealership, I'll have to do it myself all over again

Took by GOLF R in for a new oil leak.

Took by GOLF R in for a new oil leak. $3000.00 later picked up car. Only to realize that very day that NOTHING had been done for the 3000. Took it back. Add another $1500.00 and told everything fixed. Now at $4500.00 for a basic oil leak. Picked it up. STILL had the oil leak, now check engine light on, hard to start and runs really rough. REALLY! What the xxxx. Now the service department saying its all MY fault that they fixed the car. NEVER and I mean NEVER take your VW to be serviced at this dealer!!!

Highly recommended

I’ve got a 2022 Tiguan and I’ve taken it to Ken garff Orem twice. 1 for oil change and the other to inspect my vehicle because I ran over a blown tire on the freeway. Both of my appointments have been better than expected. Highly recommended to any VW owner.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience of my my life my wife took her new 2022 atlas for a routine oil change and they didn't even do the job my wife's car was delivered to her with no oil in the vehicle very unpleasant and unprofessional and very poor customer and lack of help we asked for a loaner until the vehicle is done being worked on and was denied a loaner we have bought both our last two cars in cash 💸 very unprofessional not recommended to use the service department at the orem Ken Garff Volkswagen ⚠️

Ken Garff Orem is the only place I take my Passat

I visited the Orem location this morning to have a minor issue taken care of. From the time I arrived to the time left the service was both professional and more than what I had expected.
