Less hassle best car buying experience

Best car buying experience and low pressure. I called on a 2016 Porsche Cayenne S e-hybrid Jeff Burley went above and beyond my expectations but sending me multiple additional photos of the Porsche Cayenne. Jeff went a further step and had another associate Mike Krein Also send multiple photos inspecting the entire SUV as I would be driving 159 miles away from Camas WA. Jeff insured me as I would be driving over 2 hours away that the Cayenne smelled new and no disappointments. Jeff explained to me that he didn't want to be dishonest and try to get me to come up there and not be the exact vehicle I wanted. When I arrived the Porsche Cayenne was pulled up front keys ready and detailed. Jeff let me look over the vehicle and my wife and I test drive the Cayenne alone. We arrived back at the dealership and Jeff being low pressure and the vehicle being even better condition than we expected only being 1 year old told him deal. That was it and very professional the deal took less than two hours great finance department with Ron Buchanan. The dealership went above and beyond my expectations thank you Jeff, Mike , and Ron. I will be back for my next vehicle you guys are amazing to work and deal with. Thank you 100 percent satisfied customer.

This will be the first place i look when i buy my next car. I purchased a vehicle here with the help of Josh R. (and Chris and Josh's boss whos name i missed). I came in quite unprepared with my credit union, but Josh really helped us out and went the extra mile to get us in the car we wanted. Great experience!

These guys were great! Didn't feel pressured, or any of that aggressive car salesman garbage. These guys were very transparent. Would recommend them to family and friends for sure!

WARNING!!!

WARNING!!! I made a mistake and they ate me up! Be prepare, do your research and don't buy on emotions like me. I had buyer's remorse and asked to return the car the next day, the manager said, "No, deal is done!" I even offered to give them $1,000. A week later the car died on me. I called my salesman, if they can help reimburse for the tow costs to my house, only seven miles. They told me to hassle the repair shop. They easily made a $3,000 profit on me and not help me out. If you want a dealership that care about the satisfaction of your purchase you won't get that there! Your typical high volume dealership that just want to "process" you and get their huge profit!

Very postive experience with Steve Irby

Very professional and straightforward dealings in looking at a car that just came to their lot. We did not buy the car, but Steve was very responsive, had the car ready when promised and forthright in dealings.

High pressure tactics

Disappointed in their unwillingness to negotiate a fair price based on our own research. They were hung up on their "we price cars fairly" schtick, even though we showed them the fair price range and offered them slightly above that range. The sales associate wouldn't even take our offer to the manager. They also cherry-picked the research they used (vehicle pricing and fuel mileage), and would not consider other sources that we showed them. Never accept a "no" answer from someone who is not qualified to give it. Buyers have to be willing to walk away, and we did.
