Selling stolen property acquired in a different state is

Selling stolen property acquired in a different state is criminal and should be prosecuted as such. Nothing better than buying a truck fair and square then get it confiscated. Run away from it hey monopolize CPO market in Pocatello and resell stolen property.

BUYER BEWARE: Dealer is lazy got my license suspended and

BUYER BEWARE: Dealer is lazy got my license suspended and running a scam of a toyota dealer, sold me a certified pre owned car THAT IS NOT CPO!!!!!!! First time I posted a review I was immediately contacted by the dealer and begged to take it down. Even though they had messed up a lot of things I did it with no sort of benefit for me just a apology from a manager there, now I will post that and the fact that my CPO car I purchased is no longer a CPO. 3/19 I purchased / traded in my car for a toyota 4 runner that was a CPO via phone sign some paper work and had to drive 2 hours to get it the next day. Read over paper work let Casey know that the address was wrong and please change. Was told when I come to pick the car up it will be fixed. Go to pick up the car and was treated like I was inconvenience, and the address was still the wrong one.I got one key and asked for a spare, was told they will honor that and itll be shipped in a few weeks when they get it. I was told again itll be fixed and they will register it to the right address. Then was told " We dont anything for out of state purchases, you have to figure that out" Then they started actually doing their job and get the paper work to FL. Next part was indirectly their fault but they didnt change the address which unregistered my girlfriends car, and put her plates on mine and since my plates didnt get sent back they cancelled my license!!! Then I had to follow up a month AFTER my key was shipped and was told it was sitting in the mail room for a few weeks. They overnighted them ad I had them programmed with another dealer. A month and a half after I purchased this vehicle it was finally registered and I had a spare key. I write a review something like this and was contacted and begged for me to remove the review and a man of my word I did . Then I get contacted by Brandon who said my car was no longer CPO since toyota never approved it even though it was sold as CPO, I was told that I will get a 3rd party manufacture warranty and that it is the same and they are actually doing me a favor. With 0 and I mean 0 incentive they were just pushing me to sign this new contract and that it will be the same no price change nothing, no apologies just SIGN HERE and move on with your life. I signed nothing and at this point feel like corporations can do what ever they want and have 0 liability. After telling this manager everything that has gone wrong I was laughed at and mocked and told that me getting my license suspended was no fault on them. I reminded him about the address change and he did say "ya ok sure but we didnt suspend it" disgusted that I went to this place and fooled by the attractive pricing they have only to be told that it is what it is. The first person I spoke to had 3 people to call regarding the same issue. They are running a scam dont buy from them. Pay the extra and go to another dealer. I have a lawyer from Pocatello who is looking over everything and have my best interest in mind. DONT GO HERE!!!!

I purchased a new 2023 4Runner TRD Pro in Solar Octane

I purchased a new 2023 4Runner TRD Pro in Solar Octane from them in May. Online purchase from out of state. Worked with Christian Hagler. What a great experience, even when buying "over the phone". Other dealers wouldn't even talk with me due to being out of state, and wanted over MSRP, and I contacted at least 20 dealerships in the Western states. Sales process was straightforward, honest, and didn't try to get me to buy things I didn't want. The deal was very simple, and quick, I never felt pressure to buy something I didn't want, including the "extended warranties" that some dealerships try to push. Would highly recommend Phil Meador, and Christian Hagler. My experience at least was top notch. Need more salesmen like Christian, and dealerships like Phil Hagler.

SPOILED KID

I would never buy a car from this dealership just because of the commercials that features the little boy that is so spilled and entitled; the entitlement is incredible. I don't know who came up with that idea that a spoiled little boy was a good idea, but I find it offensive!

I got SCAMMED here.

WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN. The salesman, Eric, was quite polite if a bit pushy, but tolerable. He did a pretty good job letting me ask questions and trying his best to help. The finance guy I dealt with was Mike and this guy really messed up. Our approval came back from ICCU at 2.9% and Westmark at 4.5% and he pushed our loan thru the higher interest rate. Now our loan is a higher payment FOR NO REASON. This will end up costing me over $1,500 over the term of the loan. I tried for days to get him to fix it, but to no avail. Now I'm stuck with it unless I go thru the hassle of refinancing thru another bank, which I will absolutely try to do. I'm so angry about it and there's literally squat I can do because I didn't find out until AFTER I signed all the paperwork. This type of deceit is why car dealers have a bad rep and I certainly will never go back to a dealership that treats their customers like this. My payment could have been $22/mo lower and saved me $1500 in interest had I just gone somewhere else.
