Dameniel and other sales persons were extremely customer

Dameniel and other sales persons were extremely customer service oriented. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Always answered my questions and made me feel like I was more than a customer. I ordered my Honda and they actually delivered it to my house . Wow. .. I will be a return customer for sure

Dameniel Owens knowledge and expertise was impressive,

Dameniel Owens knowledge and expertise was impressive, and his friendly approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We walked through the door and were respectfully greeted.

We walked through the door and were respectfully greeted. When I asked for an experienced sales person because we knew what we wanted, we were prepared when we came in. The receptionist was outstanding and recommended Dameniel Owens. Dameniel was professional and took the time to get to know both my husband and myself. We came home with the car we wanted at the price we wanted. It is without saying we will recommend Middlekauff and our awesome sales person in the future to our friends and family.

I had to write this in response to how the Service

I had to write this in response to how the Service Department Manager was running things. He asked about an incoming review regarding service I’d had done there. This is the response: It will be anything but kind. Between Honda making a substandard product with shoddy parts and third world labor standards to service departments that display circus style contortion to abnegate repairs that are under warranty I don’t have many nice things to say. I’ve been to your service department FOUR times for the same repair. Each drive consists of roughly 5 hours round trip. I’ve provided video of the problem occurring. Your tech has duplicated the problem but it remains. The repair was refused and I was told to call Honda America for a “good will” repair rather than the one that is expressed in the warranty. If you want a car with a warranty evidently Honda isn’t it. I’ve had you tell me that it is caused by window tint when the problem was reported prior and is indicated on your paperwork. I’ve had my front license plate holder blamed although the problem was present and reported per your own paperwork prior to the installation of the item. When your department engages in such antics trust is the casualty along with customer satisfaction and any hope of future business diminishes rapidly. It is this kind of dishonesty that makes people think what they do about dealerships. Be it a reaction to Honda’s policies on remediation for warranty repairs and the profit motive or some other incentive/disincentive…this public derision is absolutely earned. I would add that these responses seem to be applied to repairs that you either find difficult or unprofitable as the physics involved for your claimed cluprits to be true under any conditions would require theoretical physicists to bend the laws of nature at significant detriment to their own credibility. So much for service. As I didn’t buy the car from your dealership I understand your displeasure in having to fix another dealers problem. It is however, covered under the blanket agreement you have with Honda and comes with the territory. A problem that has been exacerbated by your departament policies as well as Honda’s. It has absolutely made me rethink buying a Honda ever again. In the meantime I will engage in as much of an online display of my dissatisfaction as I see fit regarding this experience. Addendum, One repair that was suggested was one I would have to pay for- Window visors (external)- I was quoted 283 USD plus another 100 USD for installation. When I looked up the price online from other dealers it was 128USD, a 150 dollar markup for a product I shouldn’t need for a repair that I’m not responsible for…A bumper to bumper warranty that is worthless with additional profiteering by your dealership. I wish I was making it up. One would think that a dealership would have the know how to repair the item they sell. Guess not at this one. Dave, the service department manager didn’t have much to say on this when I called. He was upset that this review was posted and rather than fix the problem with trying to proffer off of warranty work rather than fix it or the fact that it took video of the event to get anyone to be able to reproduce it, he told me to pound sand. I’d expect many more will have this experience. Save your receipts and get ready for the next recall… Truth can be brutal and not all can handle it.

Alek Kekerovic sold us our new blue Honda CRV Hybrid. He is so awesome! A no pressure sales approach. Alek is very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable from the test drive to the final sale. He went out of his way to make sure we were pleased. Rainer Lange was very helpful from the finance department too. The interest rate is great! Timely service but no mask wearing by front service staff...

Timely service but no mask wearing by front service staff putting customers at risk, they continually push unnecessary additional services, costs are much higher than bid elsewhere. They belittle customers like they are uneducated about their vehicle and service needs.

Amazed

just now I had to amazing gentleman help me yesterday they did everything they could think of to make sure I got into a vehicle I really enjoyed. The look on the kids face when I brought the new Ford home was amazing I cried as much as they did. Thank you middlekauff for being friendly helpful and going above and beyond to make someone's day and helping that person get into a newer safer vehicle. Much love and appreciation goes out to all of you there. ❤ I still can't thank you all enough.
