I was traveling from out of state during the Thanksgiving holiday and needed the 5000 mile service on my 2018 Tacoma. The friendly staff were able to service... my vehicle without an appointment. They also drove my wife and I to the mall to do some holiday shopping. Thanks for the no hassle experience.
I bought a new 2018 4Runner, Chris Caldwell was very helpful and I learned new things that I already had in my 2015. Kelly Cobos was very personal was... helpful in signing the contract. I have been a bit of a pest, but hands down they took care of the needs. Happy with my new 4Runner
I knew what I was looking for and I was greeted with a smile at the door. Jason listened to me and immediately said that he had several vehicles to look... at. He never pushed or tried to sway me from my wishes, but was able to clearly and concisely answer my questions. Very warm and inviting by all of the employees. The experience was over the top! Salesman was easy to deal with, he worked for the sale but wasn't totally overbearing. I would work with him again. It was nice to make a deal with... a low pressure environment.

Jason, Nick, Mari and their team were incredibly nice and helpful! Jason made sure we received a graduate school rebate and let us create the car we wanted... by taking off one feature we didn’t need.
Called service department to enquire about having my vehicle serviced and the check engine light looked into. Was told to bring it in and do a drop off... before 3 and it would be done that day. Upon arrival I was escorted to the service department and was appointed to Kurt. He then proceeded to tell me that he already turned people away. I told him of my phone call and again he repeated that he wasnt going to help. I then informed him that he needed to honor the verbal agreement. After a bit of back and forth he finally conceded and began the paperwork. After all was complete he then said he might not get to it that day but another. I then told him I didn't care. I wasnt going to drive on a check engine light... Now I fully understand having rough days but don't treat customers or even more importantly, don't treat repeat customers like that. No one should have to negotiate getting their vehicle fixed especially after a verbal agreement had already been made. My vehicle as always, did indeed get amazing service which will keep me coming back. Hopefully the customer service improves.
