Great, fast professional service. I had a battery issue at an area business. They quickly came and took care of it for reasonable price. We have bought 4 used vehicles from them-all great. They are a go-to vehicle dealer. Subarus and Toyotas are very reliable. Free car washes are wonderful too!

Monday morning, March 2, 2026, I took my 2014 Toyota RAV4 to Rogers Toyota of Lewiston for a pre-trip check and also had a couple of other needed services completed. I was cordially greeted by Terrell Lawson, Service Representative, who facilitated the check in process and coordinated the needed work. He very diligently assisted me in the whole service process. Terrell was very patient, informative and really cared about providing the best customer service. I highly commend Terrrell Lawson as an exceptional customer service represenative.

On August 26, 2025, I took my 2008 Jeep Wrangler to Rogers Toyota for routine servicing. I was greeted by Riley Cowan, service representative. Mr. Cowan was very friendly, courteous, professional and helpful throughout the visit. He explained the maintenance schedule to me thoroughly and suggested other upcoming needs. He also arranged for shuttle service for me so that I didn't have to wait at the dealership. I highly commend Riley Cowan as well as all of the service representatives who have assisted me in the past. Thank you!

I had a great experience with salesman David Bradley, he was extremely helpful and did a excellent job of helping me with my purchase of a ford 150 , I would recommend him to anyone who would like to work with a knowledgeable and courteous salesman Ed Martinson

Kyle Neal worked with me for about 10 months trying to fined me a vehicle. He was honest and encouraging throughout the process. Casey Newman was the sales associate that delivered the vehicle and took me through the features and paperwork. Casey went above and beyond when he came to my house on a Saturday to help with the Toyota app. Working with the professionals at Roger’s Motors made the purchase seem less. Thanks to all.

Ryan Lewanski was my sales person. He was very personal. Conscientious, timely in answering all my questions and concerns. This was a 180 degree opposite from my last lease. I think you recognize him in some way and personally how pleased I was with his service. Bob Smith

Always have good service and are very happy with everything from Roger's Toyota. All the way from Kerrie Johnson who has sold us several cars (who can resist her presentation of a Toyota...we buy one from her when we were only "looking" and to Pat Mills in the service dept who is knowledgeable and always has a smile and so willing to please his customers. We ALWAYS ask for Pat when service is required, just maintenance service as we rarely have any problems or repairs on either of our 2 Highlanders which we love. Thank you Roger's for service well done.

I will not go back to the service department showed up shortly after they opened for my second service on a new vehicle it took them almost 5 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation If I ever buy a new rig from them I will just ask for the oil and filters to do it myself if you don’t know how to change your own oil I would go to Jiffy Lube or some other shop five hours is unacceptable
