This dealership is very unpleasant to work with.

Very unpleasant experience, drove over 2 hours in heavy rain to make a quick cash purchase of a car I had already discussed with a salesperson. Had a coupon code for healthcare workers and first responders for $350 off which I mentioned on the phone, no problem. Told the salesman when I arrived, no problem. Then after dragging the process out for 1 hour and 45 minutes, to fill out a few forms for a cash transaction, no financing. The money guy says they won't honor the discount code because my work as director of a retirement home for elderly Alzheimer's patients doesn't count. What a rude way to treat a customer on a $14,000 cash purchase. Only 1 key when I asked was told Hertz cars only ever have 1 key. Where is my other key and why does Hertz need to keep a key to my car??? Ended up with a white car even though they had the exact same make car, same model, same year 2020, with 10,000 more miles in black my favorite color. But they wanted 2 thousand more for that one. Totally unwilling to do anything to make my purchase more pleasant. Actually seemed quite committed to making my purchase as unpleasant as possible. I got a strong feeling that I would not have received that same treatment if I had been a man. My last 2 car buying experiences were so nice, I forgot how unpleasant car dealerships can be.

Do not buy a car here!

Hertz car sales has been horrible!!!!!!! They sold a car to me that had damage to the frame, they have yet to pay off that loan for over 25,000 and now I have two car loans for over a month!!!! This loan should have been paid off early May!!!! Don’t buy a car here!!!

Win-Win experience

On the lot, and lucky enough to be greeted by JP. I told him what I wanted, and gave him my budget. He didn’t hesitate, and being a good listener, took me to the back, showed me 2 cars(choice). After a demo of both, invited us inside the humble office (old modular), and made an easy transition from agreement of terms, to finance, where we dealt with Hal... Right to the point(relaxing music playing), and after presenting our aftermarket options, ran paperwork, signed, graciously thanked us for our business, and off we went to dinner (in our Certified Sonata)..We’ll be back for more...

Never shoo here

They were so rude and never helped me get a car. I went somewhere else to get the car I wanted. I was going to fly out and pick up the car but they wasted my time and cost me money I spent on a flight.

Welcoming and Knowledgeable!

I had picked out a vehicle online at Hertz's website (2014 Kia Forte EX) and went in to look it over and potentially purchase it. We called ahead and talked to Joseph Cardella who welcomed us right away when we got onto the lot. It was clear that he was knowledgeable about this specific vehicle and went above and beyond to take care of us and the car we were going to purchase. He and his manager, Fernando Rodriguez, did a wonderful job accommodating our budget needs in a way that reflected the quality customer service I've known Hertz to have for years. I highly recommend considering purchasing your car from these gentlemen.

Love my Corolla

This was a easy process and Joe explained everything and had paperwork to back his information. I left feeling confident this was a well maintained vehicle and wont give me any problems in the future. I waiting a long time to make this purchase and the prices are unbeatable.

Great Service From Joe Cardella

Joe was very professional. He paid a lot of attention to my wife and daughter. He answered all of their questions honestly and with respect. I came to Hertz many times Joe always treated me courteously. He never pressured me into buying. I am happy that I met him. The other salespeople that I met were not concerned about my family's needs. My daughter wants to return in 2-3 months and will buy from Joe.

Excellent Dealership - I recommend highly

I totally recommend buying from this dealership. There has been many bad experiences buying at the dealership for me, This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. All the agents here are super friendly, not pushy, very relaxed atmosphere during the buying process. In particular, I was fortunate to have Valentin Abu help with the buying of my Mazda 5 Mini-van. I recommend you talk to Valentin and ask for him. He did an excellent job of answering all of my questions, explained everything thoroughly, sold me the car I actually wanted and was very helpful to make sure it was a very smooth process. And.. I was in and out of there at a very reasonable amount of time. Overall, this dealership was my favorite out of all the places I have purchased the many cars over the years. These guys get 5 stars for every category. Thanks Valentin!
