Great staff. Fabulous service.

Great courteous, knowlegeable service. We were attended by Brian Koritzer and Michael Gonzalez. Every care was taken to see that we were were well informed of our options and comfortable with our decision. They went out of their way and beyond to make sure we got the best service possible. 2017 Dodge Ram 2500

Great, service and and all personnel were excellent. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Best overall dealership and service department I have worked with especially with a major problem 🤓 I don’t remember the personnel’s (my bad)

Service Department

I was stranded 500 miles away from home on a Friday. My truck would not start. I took it to a reputable mechanic in Boise and they diagnosed it and told me it was a security issue and only the dealer can fix it. So I had it towed to Larry H. Miller and told them the info I received from the mechanic. Brian in service said they had to do their own tests to confirm that. I had to call three times on Saturday. Lanny was handling my truck because Brian was off on Saturday. The first time they said they had a bunch of oil changes and they would look at my truck as soon as they could. The second time I called, I actually called Chrysler Corporate and they took my info and transferred me to the dealer. The dealer told me they were looking at it currently (12pm Saturday). They called me back after that and said I needed $7477 worth of work to it for it to run. Injectors, fuel pump, fuseable link, filters, etc. So I said I just need it to start. They said I would need $850 for that. I just wanted to get home. I had 9 hrs of driving with my family ahead of me. Then I called them back at 3:45 since they never called me and they closed at 5. They said your truck will be done by 5 so head down. I get there at 5:02 and their doors to the service department were locked. I had to walk through the parts department to get to the service area. I asked them to give me the old parts. I paid the bill and drove home. Monday I took the "bad" fuel pump to a reputable diesel mechanic and they tested the pump. They said there was nothing wrong with the pump, it was only 8 months old. They also ran their computer on my truck and found that the security issue was cleared out. I have now contacted Chrysler and the BBB and filed a complaint. -Update: Dealer contacted me to understand my position and my issues. Thank you, Michael.

Great Refreshing & Wonderful

These guy's do what they say and on or before the time they tell you. I just moved to Idaho and I have (2) dodges and I have had service done on both and body work on one, I'm extremely happy with everything. Great Job. David Leon in service and Triston in the body shop.

Gasket replacements

They assessed all leaks and gave us an estimate. It was within 10% of what the estimate was. Very please with the communications we received as they updated us about the timeline on when the vehicle would be ready and how it was going

Quick professional service

While i have not purchased a vehicle at a Larry H Miller dealership they have always taken great care of my vehicles. I consider their service dept to be fantastic! My normal “go to” service writer was on vacation so an assistant “Bob” toook good care of my service related issues. Quick and professional.
