What happened to honesty - they offered me a trade-in
What happened to honesty - they offered me a trade-in value plus a NC leveling kit for a new Dodge Ram 2500 - when we were ready to close the deal - they changed my trade-in value to below KBB (47795-54130) and charged for leveling kit. If honesty and integrity are core values that mean something to you - do not use this dealership!

Dishonest and Unorganized
I've gotta say, the custom service we received was poor. They were very quick to sell us a vehicle but was poor our interactions after. Besides using "normal" questionable car sales techniques(somewhat manipulative but normal for dealers), the paperwork went fairly easy. It was a nice truck, and I'm quite happy with it. There's some paint chips, missing bedliner, noisy fan in the HVAC, and a problem with the radio, yet it's still really nice. These are things that should have been addressed before selling it. The big problem came when following with us. We were given a card to the salesman that helped us. He said any questions we have, anything we need, and anything else, to contact him directly. He also offered a pair of rubber floor mats as part of the sale. After the sale, we contacted him several times to get the mats and never heard anything from him. When we called him, he said he would make a note to call back. Not once did he ever call back. Not once did he follow up. When he did call, it was for paperwork that he lost. This happened several times with different forms. We would send him the form he lost, and then he would lose it again. It shows this dealer is dishonest and unorganized. They offer you things to get the sale but never follow through. This includes the floor mats and bedliner. I wouldn't mind as much he they called and let us know what's going on but they don't. I would recommend going elsewhere.
