Amazing price, amazing service

Looked nationwide and LHM had the best price by several grand for my gladiator. Thomas was truly helpful answering all my questions via phone and text as I'm a time zone away. Thomas went as far as to pick us up at the airport in our new rig! LHM has made a customer for life despite being 2,000 miles away.

Happy Day buying a Honda

Honda of Boise made buying a new car, shall I say, enjoyable! My daughter and I went in with no expectations and later that day found ourselves test driving a new Accord, singing our hearts out and feeling no pressure. That Accord now sits in my garage and I havent thought twice about the decision to buy it.

Benny Coffin was my sales person.

Benny did not try to "sell" me a car. Instead, He was helpful in finding me exactly what I wanted and took the extra time for that process. Never pushy, and never did I feel rushed. All sales persons should be like Benny. I previously bought 3 Jeep wranglers from Larry Miller and used a sales person named "Gilly". Mot sure what his full name is, but he clearly must have trained Benny because both are so similar and WONDERFUL to work with.

Requested quote for a Ram 2500 that was listed on their...

Requested quote for a Ram 2500 that was listed on their website for a sale price of $43,999. The quote price after trade in was $44,016!? The discount price was $46,999, $3000 above website price then the trade in value was over $3000 less than NADA trade value! After I asked about these issues I haven't heard back from them. They're website appears to use a bait and switch on their pricing!

Very disappointed in pricing. I needed front brakes and...

Very disappointed in pricing. I needed front brakes and Larry Miller wanted $1300. For only front brakes and they would only replace one rotor and caliper. I went to another mechanic and got new front brakes with new rotors and calipers for $500. Very disappointed in Larry Miller.

Unexpected Repair Needed

Unexpected repair needed in the middle of COVID 19, easy next day appointment, staff was ready and expecting me, staff wore gloves and practiced appropriate distancing, facility was clean and welcoming, Service Advisor Brian was on top of everything. Great experience in difficult times, work done as promised, on time! Thanks!
