Happy Jeep Owner

I’ve owned 6 Jeeps over the years. My current Jeep is a GC Summit. I’ve owned it for 3 years now. I did not purchase my Jeeps from LM since I’m a transplant to Boise from the east coast. Upon my move here, it was time to have my Jeep serviced. Checking the internet LM Jeep came up. I called LM Service and was connected to David Leon. I asked David what I needed to do to schedule a service appt. He was friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable on what service I needed. I made an appt for the next day and when I arrived David was there waiting for me with a smile and a handshake. That was 3 yrs ago! I continue to have my Jeep serviced at LM and I always ask for service advisor David Leon. I was at LM earlier this week for new tires, routine servicing and a recall issue. As always, David was there greeting me with a friendly smile and handshake! He’s an asset to LM and should be commended on his customer skills.

Oil change

I have bought an 2 cars from Alley and she went out of her way to help me. I am in the process of buying a car for my daughter and Bruce and Alley have been great to work with to find me a car I am looking for. I am super picky. Brian went above and beyond with my oil change. He even changed the light bulb for my headlight himself. Thank you!

Polished and Persistent but not Pushy

I had a good experience with Tommy he actually listened to what I wanted in a Jeep. I am not one to be easily sold. I had been to 2 other dealerships where I was given lectures about cars and about the salesperson’s family. While I found those interesting I knew what I wanted and Tommy found the car I described at the price I asked for and I now have my Jeep.

Repairs done quickly and politely. Awesome service.

Took vehicle in for engine light alert. Repairs done quickly. Employees I dealt with were very polite and professional. I have recommended this dealership before and will recommend it in the future. Great customer service.

Poor work quality

A piece that was replaced on the vehicle fell off on the way home. Was told it wasn't their fault and I would have to pay to have it replaced, again. The battery cable was left sitting on top of the battery terminal, only touching, not connected, causing the vehicle to short out. The alignment wasn't done initially as was outlined in the work order, so I had to take more time out of my schedule to return and have it done. Was told that the alignment was fine, with no explanation as to why there was a shudder in the car at speed, or offer to explore the problem and fix it. Was told there was additional damage to the vehicle that was missed during the initial insurance claim assessment, but that I would have to pay for that as well. When I brought these issues to the attention of the staff, they were dismissive with a smile. If you need service work done on your vehicle, find someplace else.

Great experience !!

Financing was easy, no haggling, and to the point of exactly what I wanted in price and payment. I didn’t feel pressured at all. Stock / inventory was great. Salesman was easy to talk to and explained everything I needed to know about the vehicle I was interested in. Purchased a Jeep that very same day!

Amazing customer sevice
