We purchased a new 2025 Honda Pilot from CDA Honda about 6 months ago. We were lucky to have Mikel Ethington help us. He was patient, kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable about each Honda we looked at. This was a great experience, we'll be back the next time we need a new Honda, or a pre-owned vehicle. This is my third Honda I’ve bought from Coeur d’ Alene Honda all from Chez she is so knowledgeable about Honda’s it’s been a great experience each time I’ve purchased a new car. It’s so nice to work with her I can ask any question and she has the answer or will research it and get back to me. I don’t ever plan on buying from any place but CDA Honda and Chez will always be my sales person. It’s a wonderful dealership I’ve bought cars from many other stores but this one is really the best I’ve ever done business with. Drive the extra miles you won’t be disappointed ask for her or better yet call and make an appointment that’s what I do it’s a 50-60 minute drive for me but it’s so worth it. Chez is the best!!
