Awesome people!!

All of the people I dealt with were great. Very open and transparent. Every question I asked was answered directly and succinctly or the person would find out...no b.s. I really appreciate that when buying something. The entire staff was friendly, casual and courteous through the entire transaction even though it was a busy day. I will strongly recommend this dealership to my workmates, family and friends.

I had a great experience.

The employee's I work with helped me out extensively. They made the process smooth and allowed me to get my car with very little friction I'm used to.

Great deaalership!

I knew what I wanted when I went in. There was no pressure

I had researched on line, knew the KBB trade in value, knew what I wanted and there was no pressure to purchase more expensive car or add ons. The add ons were explained, but the choice was mine. They diligently work to get my payment where it needed to be. Very relaxing purchase.

Pre sale everything good, post terrible. Typical car sale ex

During the sale Glenn, the finance team and manager were excellent to work with. After the sale we have not been so impressed. The car had a scratch that Glenn said could be buffed out, took time off work to come to service department and they advised it could not be and would need to have back panel painted. Have been trying to get UVO remote start set up for several days, stopped by dealership today and was given step by step instructions. Spent 40 minutes in my car trying to set up when I got home. Called dealership and spoke with Glenn who advised the car we bought didn't have this option. We talked about this before deciding on the new versus the used and the gentleman that helped me today never mentioned this. This was an option that I had talked to Glenn about being a feature I liked on my Jeep even though the cost was high. He advised it was free on UVO.
