Jim Wright is the best car sales person I have ever

Jim Wright is the best car sales person I have ever worked with. My husband and I met Jim when we bought our first Mercedes-Benz in 1999 and have purchased 6 more cars from Jim over the years. Jim is not just a great salesman but a really nice guy. When I come in for service I peek into the showroom to see if Jim is with a client and if not, he is always welling to stop for a quick chat. Euro Motors has been a wonderful car buying experience over the years and we are grateful for their impeccable service.

It goes without saying that we all expect to get great

It goes without saying that we all expect to get great service and prices when visiting a car dealership; it is however rare that you get both with repeatable outstanding service after the purchase. I had such a wonderful experience with Mauricio Leiva that I'm compelled to express my appreciation publicly. While my experience might not mean much in this day of random comments, anyone visiting euromotors for a purchase shouldn't look farther than this incredible salesman. The proficiency, expertise and professionalism of Euro Motorcars Bethesda is second to none. My review would be meaningless if I didn’t give very special acclaim to the key associate who contributed great to my extraordinary experience. BRADY INFIELD is one of your greatest assets. He exhibits the professionalism, courtesy, patience, energy, enthusiasm , character, empathy, intellectual curiosity, self control, and self esteem that any organization would need to to advance their agenda! After all, you sell classy cars so you should have class, such as Brady Infield, to embellish your mission. It’s small wonder Brady Infield is a rising star with an enormously bright future; he’s under the tutelage and support of Tyler Griffin. Thank you Tyler Griffin and Brady Infield!

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of working with James Park. I first went into the dealership months ago on an information gathering whim. James was the salesman who greeted me. From the beginning, he was informative, responsive, personable, honest and friendly. He walked me through and explained details of all the options for the car I wanted. For this car, there is a big learning curve. His assistance was really valuable. He took my contact information, and then he left it up to me to contact him on my own time. I appreciated the lack of pushiness often experienced in a car dealership. I contacted James when I was ready to move forward and he special ordered my car. It arrived this wee was on k. James was on top of every part of the process of buying the new car, including the transfer of vanity plates, and trading in two older cars. He will be my go-to salesman anytime in the future that I need his help.

Aaron Diamond was truly the best.

Aaron Diamond was truly the best. He got me the exact car that I wanted, He was patient, and did everything possible to ensure I was satisfied. My post-sales relationship with him has also been stellar, and he makes me feel like family. I've referred others to him, and they've also received the same superb service. I'll definitely be back for my future rides!
