At first we thought the experience was great and the people were professional. We went in and found a van that we loved, but it was a little bit out of... our budget. But John attested that he personally knew the old owner of the van and knew it was up to date on oil changes and that we wouldn’t have any issues with it at all so it would really pay off in the end.. I wish that was true. The backup camera went out a week after getting it. The next week, the passenger side air wouldn’t get cold. After that the alternator went out (I was an hour and a half away from home with a newborn...). We took it to our mechanic to see what else was wrong and it looks like we need new struts, a new computer system for the camera and air, and now the engine light came on again today. The mechanic said it’ll be AT LEAST $2300 in repairs before even paying for the labor. We tried to contact the dealership, but we couldn’t get any calls back and I tried to call twice today and no one even answered. I WOULD NOT recommend this dealership if you are wanting a reliable car and professionalism.
My experience was smooth sailing. The employees are very knowledgeable and truly care about their customers. I was treated very highly as soon as I walked... in the door. Most definitely will be returning for future vehicle purchases!
Being a first time buyer I had many Questions. John Farhangi had everything I needed. He had answers, help, and support throughout the entire process.... this has been the greatest experience I have had in sales ever. If you get the chance, please go to Auto world and you will not hesitate to buy there.
I have bought 2 cars from here. John who helped me was honest and very knowledgeable, he listened to my requirements and provided what I wanted (a hybrid... with several extras). I Would recommend this place to my friends and family .
Dont buy from these people if you live out of state. I was interested in a car and they refused to give me a carfax. Even though the car I was looking... at was posted for a solid month, it conveniently became a "hot car" and sold literally 2 hours after I emailed them. I would take my business elsewhere.

Auto world's great customer service and friendly staff put me at ease. I was mostly appreciative of their fair prices. I searched for months in my home... town but no one had my dream SUV. Auto world had Everything I wanted to a T!! I've already recommended them to my sister. Thanks again to Mike Sanders and his team.
The entire experience was incredible! It was my first time at a car dealership, so I was a little nervous. But walking through the process with John put... me totally at ease. Before going up, I called ahead about the car, and John ensured I knew it was a manual transmission, so I didn't drive up without that knowledge. When I arrived, John led me to the car they had pulled out, and handed me the keys to let me drive it around the neighborhood. But as I had trouble getting it out of 1st gear, he asked if I needed help. He ended up giving me an in-depth lesson on how to drive a stick-shift--at least 30min out of his day. The bargaining process was easy--John was very kind. Good salesman, but a good kind of pushy, and it worked because we both knew he was giving me a good deal. And just to show you his great customer service, a good hour after closing, as we were still bargaining, I discovered I had "lost" my driver's license, so we drove back to one of our practicing places to see if it had fallen out....and then I found my license was in my purse all along. You know a salesman is good-natured and kind-hearted when he can laugh with you over something that ridiculous. Then, he let me drive my "new" car off the lot, and offered to keep my old vehicle even though we had agreed not to do a trade-in. He ended up keeping the old vehicle for me in their extra lot for 4 weeks, since their on-site parking is so small, until I could get back and pick up the old vehicle. And he had it brought back to their actual lot so it was a quick and easy process to pick up the title and the old vehicle. I cannot say enough about what a pleasant and great experience it was! I definitely recommend this dealership and John. I haven't been to other car lots, but I am so very grateful this was my first experience! I definitely plan on going back. John, you did it--you won my business!
