Very poor communications, they don't seemed to answer a phone call there nor answer a email, or return a call, it's impossible to talk to anyone there not alone a manager, why would anyone buy a car there???

And the worst car dealership award goes to.. Ken Garf Ford! If you can avoid going here I would suggest you do so by any means necessary. Not only were we diligent in setting terms over the phone prior to coming in, but we spoke to the manager and confirmed the deal we were looking to make. 40 minutes of commute and a hit to our credit later.. If you don’t plan on crunching numbers in front of their faces, be prepared to get royally screwed. Before going into finance, we agreed and signed for the interest rate, and loan terms. With calculator still in hand, we set a verbal agreement that this is what monthly payments SHOULD be. Guess who thought they could get away with a 200$ increase in monthly payments.. that’s right, finance. An when we pointed it out guess who said “there’s nothing to do here” and showed us the door.. finance. If not for our backround in car sales they would have cheated an extra 11,000$ off of us plus interest . That’s some shady stuff right there.

Truck left unlocked, outside
Terrible customer service, left my truck parked in an offsite lot UNLOCKED. I have called several times to get paperwork and I cant get anybody to answer the phone. When I finally got somebody to answer I requested to speak to the service manager and was told that she does not take calls. Unfortunately this has been my experience with this dealership on more than 1 occasion, never again.

Great Experience, No BS, Put Customer 1st!
We found a few trucks that Ken Garff Ford AF had listed on KSL. They looked like great trucks and were decently priced, so we went out of our way to drive out to this specific dealership, and test drove a few vehicles. Aidin was our salesman, and was happy to help us from the minute we got on the lot. He asked what we were looking for and what was most important, and gave us a few more suggestions for trucks that fit what we said, that were within our budget. He let us test drive several trucks and when we found what we thought we wanted, he let us run a few errands in it to get a real feel for it. Aidin found me my dream truck! It was everything I wanted and more, plus it was a great price. We had looked at quite a few trucks over the last few months, trying to find what we wanted, but a lot of things were just way too overpriced. I didn't want to pay more than what a vehicle books for, and we didn't have to look very far after coming here. Their vehicles are fairly priced and I liked that they were just straight up with us and didn't make us have to haggle for a fair price. We got a decent trade-in for our vehicle as well. Aidin was wonderful to work with and was on top of everything. We had a busy day while we were down there, and he was able to text me some of the paperwork that needed to be filled out, so we could run to my son's basketball game, and then when we got back to the dealership, he had everything ready to go. He made sure we were well taken care of while there, and has been great with following up with us. He helped us order new tonneau covers for my new truck and one of our existing trucks, and he is working with me to get scheduled to come in and get my truck bed lined. After looking at some other places, I feel these guys have great prices in their service department too, and do good work. After working with them on purchasing my new truck, I'd definitely trust working with them again. We're looking at purchasing some more trucks for our business, and we will definitely go back to Aidin when we're ready for that move. We had a great experience overall, and these guys have definitely earned our business!

Ken Garff owes me $1200, and refuses to pay
I reserved a Bronco in July 2020, and received it in July of 2022. Ford has a price protection program that ensures I pay the price I reserved the vehicle at, not todays current price. Ford waits for 45 days to make sure the name on the reservation, and the actual sale match, then send Ken Garff a check for the difference in the pricing to give to the customer. Ken Garff refuses to acknowledge this program exists, and has not returned any of my calls, or emails. If you have reserved/ordered a bronco, or any vehicle from them that qualifies for price protection, they owe you money. In my case it is over $1200. They will copy and paste some generic response to this message acting like they have good customer service, when in fact, they have the worst customer service of any dealership I have dealt with. I have plenty of unanswered emails to prove this.

Transparency Problems
Had a very sketchy experience with this dealership several years ago. This summer I purchased a used car from them, giving them the benefit of the doubt that they were better. Nope. Car had a clean title but after purchasing I found out the car had an accident with significant damage in which the air bags deployed. A transparent dealership would disclose that. Not these guys.

Ken Garff Americsn Fork Sucks
The customer service at Ken Garff American Fork is horrible!!! My truck was in there for 3 days and they didn't even work on the problems that I went in for. John Goodman was very rude to my husband and I. He argued with me and basically called me a liar. I finally went in and got it back so I could have someone else fix it. They also broke my phone charger and didn't even tell me, they just left it for me to find. I will never go here again!!!

Sales person inquiring about personal relationship
I went to get my vehicle appraised for trade in and I was treated very rudely and inappropriate, RICH IPAKTCHIAN wouldn't stop asking about personal intimate relationship I had with someone, it's not there business about any of anyone's personal life and relationships they have with someone. I wouldn't definitely not go to him here and it makes me not even want to go back to Ken Garff at all. I came there for business purposes regarding a vehicle and it took him way to long to even help me with what I needed and he acted as if what i asked was very complicated all that was asked is to get my vehicle appraised and he couldn't do that without out questioning me way to much about personal things along with what he kept asking about personal intimate relationship. Honestly I don't even know what to thing being treated this way in any place

Crooked dealership buyer beware!!!
Crooks, take your business else where. Ordered a truck 8 months ago with guaranteed price protection. Went to pick up the truck they conveniently added $5,000.00 to the price and said that was the protected price. Used Me to get the new truck in to the dealership so they can charge some un knowing person the extra money plus. No call back from them. They justify what they do crookedly.
