I was thrilled when we found two possible vehicles at Ken Garff Ford because how much some of our family members loved other Ken garff locations, but
sadly this one was not a good experience. Aside of the lack of assistance in finding a vehicle where we had to physically reach out to a worker passing by and ask for some help to finding the vehicles on the lot to those that were presented to us, they were filthy and we were told we would get an "IOU" on a deep clean and any fixtures that needed to be done after purchasing the vehicle. Bummed we had the experience we did.
We went in looking for a car and found one we liked, after deciding that is what we wanted we started the process of buying it and the process with th
e salesman was a little longer then I thought it should be, I've bought new cars before and it was a lot faster then this, then they sent the paperwork to their finance people and they had it for over 4 hours so by now we have been at the dealership 6+ hours and there was only 1 other customer buying a car. They promised to put new tires and fix all the rim damage on the car, we let them take the car to get new tires on it and 3 days later they called us saying it's done, really it takes that long to get tires? Then we went to go pick up the car and nobody had any record of the car being at the dealership and nobody knew where the keys were to the car we had just purchased, we spend the next hour at the dealership while they tried to find the car keys. The car was purchased weeks ago and still they have not fixed the rim damage to the car that was promised in the contract, the communication at this dealership are very poor they say they will call you tomorrow with an answer on something and then 4 days later they finally get around to calling you, if you go here plan on waiting around for a very long time, they do things on their own time and at their own convenience, I usually like garff dealers but after this experience I don't think I can recommend them to anyone or ever buy a car here again.

I recommend going to Breton Bess for your auto buying needs! He is a great listener and does all he can to get you the best deal! He is not pushy. He
is very knowledgeable and extremely likable! I wouldn't go to anyone else!
Lots of Ford dealers in this valley, DO NOT waste your time or money on this location!!! More specifically in their service department and definitely
not with advisor, Curtis Gunby!!! I had an appointment at 11 a.m., arrived on time, waited for 15 minutes only to be told by Curtis that another customer, who had just walked in, was more important and he would get with me when he was done with her!! Horrible customer service....especially since I gave them my business exclusively!! Lots of other places to go...don't waste your time here! ¿
