    Saw a van online, reached out to them, made a deal to purchase and was told we needed to put down a deposit to hold it (which we agreed to). Kept being... told they were working on paperwork and getting the car ready for transport. After 5 days of being jerked around and contacting them every day (except Sunday), they call and tell us they never ran our credit card for the hold and the van was sold! On this day too, the salesman Marty sent me a text asking for my social security number as well...shouldn't the finance manager (who said she would call us back and never did) be asking for that if she needed it? Everything was always, we will get back to you in 10 or 15 minutes...never did. When we talked to the sales manager Jim when we had a problem, he acted as if he would make it right, then he stopped returning calls. Of course, after informing us that they sold the van out from under us, another salesman Kevin said he would send us a list of other vehicles to "make it right" in 15 minutes....ABSOLUTELY WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I don't care how good the prices are. VERY DISHONEST AND SHADY! These people are why car salesman have a bad reputation. SHAME ON THEM!

    I was thrilled when we found two possible vehicles at Ken Garff Ford because how much some of our family members loved other Ken garff locations, but sadly... this one was not a good experience. Aside of the lack of assistance in finding a vehicle where we had to physically reach out to a worker passing by and ask for some help to finding the vehicles on the lot to those that were presented to us, they were filthy and we were told we would get an "IOU" on a deep clean and any fixtures that needed to be done after purchasing the vehicle. Bummed we had the experience we did.

    Because of Scott Fritsche, I will probably end up buying two vehicles from this dealership. He was not pushy, as he worked at my speed, not his. So much... appreciated in this day of age. Thanks Scott, ~Paul~

    We went in looking for a car and found one we liked, after deciding that is what we wanted we started the process of buying it and the process with the... salesman was a little longer then I thought it should be, I've bought new cars before and it was a lot faster then this, then they sent the paperwork to their finance people and they had it for over 4 hours so by now we have been at the dealership 6+ hours and there was only 1 other customer buying a car. They promised to put new tires and fix all the rim damage on the car, we let them take the car to get new tires on it and 3 days later they called us saying it's done, really it takes that long to get tires? Then we went to go pick up the car and nobody had any record of the car being at the dealership and nobody knew where the keys were to the car we had just purchased, we spend the next hour at the dealership while they tried to find the car keys. The car was purchased weeks ago and still they have not fixed the rim damage to the car that was promised in the contract, the communication at this dealership are very poor they say they will call you tomorrow with an answer on something and then 4 days later they finally get around to calling you, if you go here plan on waiting around for a very long time, they do things on their own time and at their own convenience, I usually like garff dealers but after this experience I don't think I can recommend them to anyone or ever buy a car here again.

    I was helped by salesman Scott Fritsche. As a first time car owner he made finding the perfect car really easy. He listened to exactly what I was looking... for and he made the process quick and convenient. I would highly recommend having Scott as a salesman.

He understood exactly what kind of car I needed, knew what he was talking about... and gave me very appropriate suggestions that I was very grateful for (when it comes to cars I know as much as the basics, so I needed professional help and I got it). I was definitely dealing with a person who knew his product very well, and Breton was very polite, respectful and friendly. I am very happy with the purchase and I am very thankful to Breton for all his help!

    I bought a used vehicle from there and Scott Fritche was my salesman. All around great guy, texted me all week prior to the purchase answering all my questions.... I really enjoyed getting to know him and his background as a US Veteran just made me even more happy to buy from him. I would go back in a heart beat.
