Bought a 07 Chevy Colorado with low miles on it and looks and drives like a new truck.Wife and I drove from Cadiz Kentucky to look and test drive. 5 minutes into the test drive we turned around and bought the truck. Put deposit on Harley Davidson on Friday evening ran my credit called today they said they sold the bike Saturday morning and proceeded to lie to me s d tell me it’s there policy not to take deposits on vehicles that someone hasn’t been approved for that is not true the whole reason to put deposit down is so this wouldn’t happen dealt with sales person named Kyle and finance manager named Brian I actually called Friday around noon and the person I spoke to said that they talked to Brian and that they wouldn’t know anything till Monday this is not good business the Brian guy said they didn’t run my card which I gave them to run and that the salesman was supposed to call me I think there just passing the buck because they know what they did was wrong I personally would never do business with them again

I traveled about 2 and 1/2 hours to see their diesel truck selection, seamless transaction from the test drive to the signing paperwork, best vehicle transaction I've ever had !!!

Kyle was very helpful and informative. Great guy! He was very patient with us and did not make us feel rushed. We will definitely be sticking with him for all of our future vehicle purchases!
