I bought a 2016 bmw x5 35 I twin turbo . They didn’t even put a new battery in it . The original was in it . They said they went through it . I drive it 3000 miles and now have 5000worth of repairs battery 2000 dollars . Thermostat and cooling pump 3k . I bought the warranty which covers none of it . I got no car fax report from them . I was a fool to believe them . So now I’m paying the price . They failed to tell me the valve cover gasket had been changed by them . Leaving a 10 yr old battery in it is absurd. I don’t recommend doing business with them . Then the guy who sold it told me he couldn’t get the report after he sold it . I caught him in a lie . But lesson learned never buy from them they aren’t out for the customer . They are out for a quick commission. The warranty is terrible 4000 for that and I’m now stuck with the vehicle 2months and putting 1/3 of what I paid for it in repairs . xxxxxx off customer never will I do business with them again .

Hands down the best place in Kokomo to buy a vehicle. I was debating on whether or not I would go there but Austin on the TNT sales team made it impossible for me to go anywhere else. He answered every question I had, was very relatable and easy to talk to, and even made time for me to stop in and test drive with my busy schedule. The buying process was fast, easy, and enjoyable which is hard to come by these days. I would recommend this place to all of my family and friends!

Bought a 07 Chevy Colorado with low miles on it and looks and drives like a new truck.Wife and I drove from Cadiz Kentucky to look and test drive. 5 minutes into the test drive we turned around and bought the truck. Colton is awesome . Explained everything we asked. I would recommend them 110% thank you TNT!

Put deposit on Harley Davidson on Friday evening ran my credit called today they said they sold the bike Saturday morning and proceeded to lie to me s d tell me it’s there policy not to take deposits on vehicles that someone hasn’t been approved for that is not true the whole reason to put deposit down is so this wouldn’t happen dealt with sales person named Kyle and finance manager named Brian I actually called Friday around noon and the person I spoke to said that they talked to Brian and that they wouldn’t know anything till Monday this is not good business the Brian guy said they didn’t run my card which I gave them to run and that the salesman was supposed to call me I think there just passing the buck because they know what they did was wrong I personally would never do business with them again

I traveled about 2 and 1/2 hours to see their diesel truck selection, seamless transaction from the test drive to the signing paperwork, best vehicle transaction I've ever had !!!

Kyle was very helpful and informative. Great guy! He was very patient with us and did not make us feel rushed. We will definitely be sticking with him for all of our future vehicle purchases!

Above and beyond in customer service. Great car, beautifully detailed with a sparkling clean engine. They even provided a loaner car to address a small issue and resolved it promptly. Easily the best used car lot in Kokomo.
