My service was pretty quick and they let me know what
My service was pretty quick and they let me know what other services they would recommend with my old changes. My only concern is with their check in process and the interactions with their team in the queue line. They have you pull up and park your car, but then you sit there for 5-10 minutes without them interacting with you. There will be 3-5 employees there talking to each other in the queue line, but they’re leaving the customers by themselves to awkwardly sit in their car after pulling into the line. It would be great to get through that line and out of my car faster, or have someone engage with me so I feel valued and not ignored. The rest of my service was personable and helpful, and it would be great to carry that through the check in process as well.

We received great service.
We received great service. Mainly a bit slow to get things done. Biggest issue was that we had a couple of small dents that were not seen until we brought the car home. The car was not clean when we took the car out for a test drive. It had rain water droplets/dirt on the exterior of the car. We bought the car and they washed it while we were waiting for final transaction to occur. We noticed the small dents on the driver's door near the door handle. A small dent was there plus on the chrome lining around the window just above that. We called you back to explain what we found. It was bad that no one had noticed it before we bought the car. It should have been pointed out to us. We spoke with a manager the following day, and Toyota is to look at it and bring the car back. We live about 1.5 hours from Orem, but we will hopefully get it resolved.

Great customer service. I have been bringing my Toyota Tundra to this dealership for 9 years and have always been satisfied with the service work and customer service I receive. I wouldn't go to any other dealership.

My brand new Supra was taken off property without my

It arrived in St George with a dent in the roof. It makes me question the integrity and professionalism of this entire dealership. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
