As soon as we got there Tyler was very friendly and informative. Had a good sense of humor and made the buying process easy. Really felt like he was on... our team trying to get us a great deal.
Matt was great and was very helpful throughout the process. He got me in the car I wanted the same day. He was friendly and polite and quick and I was... very happy with the whole process.
It took me a while to make a decision on the purchase and when Phil Green came back with his manager I thought it would be the typical hard close or they... lost my trade keys! But, Chris just said he would be a 2nd contact if Phil was busy! When I finally made the decision 2 days later that was a big part of the reason. Great dealer!
Greta was terrific! She was polite and responsive and very helpful. Buying a car was seamless and enjoyable. We can totally recommend her without reservation.
Karen was a delight to work with. I lived that she listen and wasn't a pushy sales person. I am very happy that I came to Ken Garff.
These guys are low pressure, likeable and create a relaxed environment. Pleased overall and would trust using them again. I’m usually not a dealership... guy,but they helped change my impression of typical car dealerships. Way to break the mold!
I have never had a better experience than I did today. Simple and easy, no pressure on anything! Life customer for sure and will recommend to everyone.
I wish I could give them less than 1 Star. I moved to SLC to start grad school at the U and sold my car back home to get an AWD here. I went to other dealerships... and THOUGHT Ken garff seemed reputable. I purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue and took it home and within hours the check engine light came on. I contacted the worst sales person, Spencer, to help. He was semi helpful the first day and helped me get the car in to be looked at. They assured me it was a simple solution and I was good to go. But if a bigger problem came up they would help since it hadn’t even been 24 hours since purchasing the car. Well the check engine light came on again and things really went south. I brought the car back and they kept it for a week and not a simple person from sales or service would return my phone call to tell me what was happening with my new car. Eventually after five days they called me and informed me I was going to need an engine replacement and it would be $6000 and I would have to pay $3000. I eventually found out when they purchased the car on trade in it had a check engine light and they knowingly sold me a car with problems and wouldn’t let me return it and demanded it was my problem now and Thomas, the sales manager, was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I called a family friend who owns a Nissan dealership in NC who assured me this was absolutely not normal and gave me the contact information for the corporate Nissan headquarters. Once corporate got involved they agreed my whole experience was horrendous and after looking into it they decided they didn’t want to pay to fix the car they sold me and allowed me to return it. Overall a terrible experience. I truly hope Spencer and Thomas rot in xxxx for taking advantage of first time car buyers. Buyer beware.
Sam was great-no pressure and very informative.originally was there to purchase a Maxima but ended up with a Titan pickup.Sam was very good at getting... the price down and there was no back and forth. The only concern was the detailing job was poor but not sams fault-he was great and offered to have it redone at a later date-thanks Sam
I bought from this dealership even though I live in California. I was looking for a specific Nissan Armada. After days of searching the west coast for... the vehicle...I found it with this dealership. Price was way below what other dealerships where quoting me they could bring the vehicle in for...this dealership is very easy to work with and no haggling or pressure sales. Honest people. I would use them again even though I live out of state.
