Too slow and not thorough in following through.
The Service Cntr was extremely slow in getting diagnosis completed and work done. Service Cntr seems to be disorganized and the communication and follow through within the Cntr was poor. Had to wait at pick up after being told the car was done and ready so they could sort out the work that was actually done versus their parts/billing records and do rework on car. I expected much more from a premium brand service center. Also, very hard to get someone to answer the phone at the service center - extremely difficult to reach them.

Will continue to buy from SLC Ferrari/Maserati
I have purchased two Maseratis in the last year from this dealership. Both times I received great customer service from Alan James. They were more than accommodating in making sure that we found a car/deal that worked into my work car allotment. My first Ghibli was my first Italian Car, and After owning several BMW’s, Audi’s, Lexus, etc, there is no question that Maserati has been my favorite. If you are trying to decide between a German car or a Maserati, go to the dealership and have Alan fire up a any Maserati in sport mode...That will resolve all doubt.

Pleasant Experience at Ferrari/Maserati SLC
I contacted Ferrari/Maserati of Salt Lake City about a used car listed on Cars.com. Was contacted back by their representative, and we began a back and forth communication about the car I was interested in. I eventually flew from Denver to SLC to view the car, and was handled superbly by the staff.

Now Owned by Corporation
Called these jokers about a $200k Ferrari. Was on hold forever, could not get straight pricing answers and they had a very bad attitude. Bad communications and would not buy from them.
