Went to dealership knowing exactly which used car I wanted, and exactly how much I could pay per month. Had trade-in and extra money for downpayment.... 1)Process took FIVE HOURS. 2) Salesman Nick didn't know the features of the car, and each time I had a question, he had to go to the care to look. (They were easy questions, like, is there an sd card in the audio). 3) Had to go back the next day because the Tire Warning light came on, they all looked confused and said that shouldnt have happened. Well, it did. They fixed it. 4) Had to return 2 weeks later because window was out of alignment and hitting the back window every time I closed the door. 5) Took 3 1/2 weeks to get my registration card. Fee on card: $4.95. Charge for card from agency: $100 6) Told me at last minute that there were no new plates, and that I was to use my old plates (at point of sale, I was told there would be new plates. 7) Went to install my old plates, and there was nowhere to put them on the front (came from a state where front plates aren't required). Sales manager Adonis refused to pay for front License plate bracket because "none of the cars sold there had brackets". Showed me I could purchase the bracket on eBay for $15 and install myself. He installed the front license plate with 2 bolts and recommended I keep an eye on it as they can come loose. As I left, 1/2 the cars in the lot with my make, model, and year had front and rear brackets. Overall, took way too long to get exactly what I went in there to get, lots of hidden (and shady) charges, they sold me a car that was illegal to drive in NJ, refused to make things right, and have a customer that will never recommend or go back until the next thing goes wrong under "warranty". Of note, Raul and Lauryn in the Service Department are awesome - helpful, polite, respectful. But the management is shady and fraudulent.
Their team was quick to respond, and follow up on any questions I had, they are still in the process of helping me find the right vehicle, I'm confident... I'll be in my new wheels soon.

The greatest dealership I've ever been to got two vehicles in two days the sales man Jason was awesome and everyone made my visit a terrific experience... my fiance and myself are customers for life Jason was not pushy and very knowledgeable of product again the best dealership hands down
They were rude! extremely rude. The sales guy actually yelled at my father and the GM did nothing! We waited 25 min for the salesman to go get a car and... then was told oh sorry it was sold

Bought a used certified used car and was told the cruise control worked. After leaving with the car I found that it did not work and called them the same... night. They told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to pay full price for the repairs. Their certifications mean nothing.
Terrible customer service, staff lied to our face and got caught in the lie, then became defensive and nasty rather than apologize and make it right. ... Had problems with the purchase and subsequent service on our vehicle. Will never patronize them again, in fact I will make sure that everyone knows of their horrible customer service. Very shady sneaky people running every department in this place. Stay away.
Great customer service! Tony, the salesman answered all our questions and got everything done pretty quick. No waiting around in the car dealership all... day�� everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place to anyone! Would give 10 �� if I could!
