Our Mechanics inspect each vehicle in our 12 Bay Service Department and each one includes NC State Inspection. We welcome you to take it for a pre-purchase inspection with your own personal mechanic if you desire.

VIP Service - If you are coming from out of state we will pick you up from RDU Airport at no charge. We can also help you arrange a pre-purchase inspection with a 3rd party mobile mechanic prior to your visit.

Prompt reply to my inquiry by 2 salespersons working together. They were polite, knowledgeable and personal. The dealership had a broad range of high end vehicles to look at and all had good reviews of vehicle specifications and complete Carfax reports ( all were clean!). Great group to work with!

Mike Umphrey is the best finance man around.

Mike Umphrey is the best finance man around. I had no issue with the purchase or anything with the 2020 Mercedes GLE 350 I acquired from Karma Fuquay. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I received the best customer service. I was so impressed I sent my son to him and he purchased his first car from Karma as well. Michael made sure his experience was elite and I would recommend sending anyone to him. Thank you Mike and Keep up the good work!

I am very pleased with Karma of Fuquay Varina.

I am very pleased with Karma of Fuquay Varina. I bought a very good 2008 Chevy Corvette Z51 from them in June 2023. It is in very good condition and is working as it should, Fast and reliable! This car is well tuned and fast! They worked with me to hold the car overnight and get the financing approved. The service department was great too. They gave me a tour of their service area and answered my questions about the price for different services I would get for my C6 Corvette. They sold me a Great used car in very good condition! I am having a great experience with this dealership and I recommend them to everyone. Thank You Bryan Lauer of Cary N.C.

They DO NOT negotiate on their advertised prices, but

They DO NOT negotiate on their advertised prices, but don't tell you that until after you've put a non-refundable deposit down. We are from out of state and found a Maserati we wanted at their lot. My husband had multiple conversations with Anthony and their finance manager over a 2 week period about the car. We decided we wanted to make a deal on it, and were told that someone else was interested, so we put down a $300 deposit to hold it, paid a third party vendor to inspect the car, and bought plane tickets to travel to NC from CA. We called Anthony to negotiate the price and get paperwork started before flying out since we would only be in NC for a few short hours. We got the bait and switch! All of a sudden their prices are non-negotiable. It's pretty shady when you're not up front about your business practices. Seems like a pretty easy way to make $300 though. If you claim to be an honest and fair company, then I suggest being honest and transparent with your non-negotiable business practice before customers put down a deposit.

This dealership had me come in to see a vehicle but

This dealership had me come in to see a vehicle but instead the salesperson wasn’t there that day and they sent the vehicle to auction. The salesperson also did not return any texts after that. Completely unprofessional and I’ll not be doing business with them again. I’d recommend you don’t either.

They were friendly and patient.

They were friendly and patient. They found a car that I loved and so I bought it. no pushy hard sell, one fixed very reasonable price. I didn't know what a Plug-In hybrid was until they explained it and now I own it. I am a happy customer.

After a slow start in the purchasing process, the team at Inline where very helpful. We did purchase the car. The car was nicely prep'd at delivery which we really appreciated. Anthony was extremely helpful in getting the deal together.

Bought an absolute lemon.

Bought an absolute lemon. The car has been in the shop more times than I can count. Car came with no owners manual, and I had to beg them for a floor mat. They sell you a car and wash their hands of you.
