The service department is top notch.

The service department is top notch. All it takes is a phone call with a question/concern and Jay and his crew will come pick up my vehicle at my place of employment, do the work I asked for, and return my vehicle before I'm done for the day. Always courteous, always respectful, always accommodating, this service department is the best I've ever dealt with in all my years of driving. They have earned my loyalty..

Don’t buy a vehicle from Team Blevins

Bought a New Ram 2500 from them ,after owning the truck for a year it the third brake light started leaking and causing damage to the headliner and rear seat. They originally told me the light was loose and fixed it, and it leaked again. The second time they told me it was because the window was cracked and the third time it’s back to the light being loose again. The truck is out of the 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty so Ram won’t cover the repair, they said it was the dealers fault because the issue has been going on for over a year. I spoke to Mike Blevins he said they won’t cover the repair or parts even though they couldn’t properly diagnose or repair the leak in a timely manner which caused the damage to get worse. Mike even told me to go trade my truck for a Chevy or Ford.

Jason, You suggested you should trade your truck for a Chevy or Ford, per our discussion on the phone. We have tried to accommodate your needs but unfortunately it does not seem to be working out. Unfortunately we cannot cover items outside of your warranty period, per franchise rules.

Purchased a 2019 Dodge 2500 in March 2019.

Purchased a 2019 Dodge 2500 in March 2019. About a year later I noticed the back seat and head liner was wet after it had rained. I called and scheduled an appointment and they told me my third brake light was leaking. They tightened it down and then said it was all fixed. About 4 months later I noticed it was wet again, took it back in and they said the window was cracked that’s why it was still leaking. I would have to claim it on my insurance in order to get it fixed. About 5 months later I took it back on for a leak as the seat and headliner were extremely wet after a rain and they said the third brake light was loose again so they tightened it again. I asked about replacing the headliner and seat that were ruined and they said they wouldn’t be able to do it. I called and talked to Mike Blevins about it and he told me to go trade my truck in for a Chevy or Ford if I wasn’t happy with them.

Great service ready and obviously able. Staff were efficient and polite. Repairs were carried out as required and a loaner car was supplied. Low on gas but sufficient
