Normal oil change and tire rotation. Great customer service from everyone! Pleasant experience and everyone was very polite. It was a very cold morning so hot coffee at 730am was awesome!

This Dealership not only wants to sell you a vehicle they want to keep your business and make you happy. I have done business with them for several years and have never been disappointed. I don't care if you're going in to buy a new car or get an oil change you're always met with OUTSTANDING customer service. They're knowledgeable and always very informative. From the clerical, janitorial, parts & service dept to the salesman; they're always friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a place that cares about you and your vehicle not your money well this is the place for you. I have recently purchased another vehicle from them and I return for oil changes and inspections, because I can trust them to know what's best for my vehicle and spot something long before it becomes an issue.

I have nothing but good words to say for Blevins Dodge in Gouverneur NY. They always get my vehicles right in and are timely with getting the service done. My wife drives a Kia bought at a different dealership and they still get me right in. She had to have parts ordered and they lent her a car when they didn't arrive on time. I thought this was exceptional for a dealership to do. My wife's next vehicle will most likely be purchased at Blevins Dodge in Gouverneur.
