Purchased a 2025 corolla hybrid for my son.

Purchased a 2025 corolla hybrid for my son. Paid $30,000 cash. Hybrid unit dies at 200 miles. Yes four days after purchase. Loaner will not be made available. No word on cause. Tried contacting dealer. Told they would return my call. Haven't heard anything. Very disappointed with the entire experience with them. Hope they step up but this has been a very frustrating experience. This is the seventy Toyota hybrid I have purchased. Expected much more form Toyota

Service Rep (Connor Ramirez) was great, but whoever did

Service Rep (Connor Ramirez) was great, but whoever did the work was not paying attention. I clearly stated that I did not want my car washed at the end of this routine 15,000 mile maintenance visit, because, as I explained beforehand, "your car wash sucks." My pristine vehicle came back from service covered in hard water spots baked on from sitting in the sun after being washed contrary to my instructions. Service Rep claims to have put this note on the service order, but it still happened. Also, my drivers seat position settings were completely screwed up and the A/C vents had been closed for some strange reason (in 90+ degree heat). These last two items would have just been a minor annoyance, but when added to the crappy wash, it made the whole experience rather maddening and deserving of a negative review. I spent an extra 40 minutes going to a decent car wash and hand drying my vehicle to eliminate the mess created by your wash. Sheesh!

I wouldn't given him a zero stars but it wouldn't let me

I wouldn't given him a zero stars but it wouldn't let me so I had to give him a one star and the last two days they've wasted I don't know 10 hours of my time and today I was supposed to run in and sign for the car and put my money down and I got there waited for over an hour again and then they came out and said it got sold last night I would never ever trust them again and I'll never go walk into that store again. I don't know how it could have gotten sold last night when I was there until almost 5 minutes before they closed so I don't know how it got so last night so I don't know what they're lying about

After an issue with a part purchased and me goimg to another garage to install. I had to go back to LHM to find out what the problem was. As soon as I talked to Cody in the Service dept. he knew what tue problem was. I went to talk to Tom in the parts dept. and between him and Cody the worked out the problem. They were so helpful and went above my expectations. Thank you so much. Tana Dixon

Best salesman ever

I shopped around with 4. other Toyota dealerships from Riverdale to midvale. I have a busy work schedule and couldn’t take off work to go haggle. Collin Argyle at Larry H miller earned my respect as he immediately sent me a video email. He had a professional demeanor and conveyed he wanted my trust and business. We immediately started talking thru text. He had the tacoma I wanted and he quickly sent me sales price and estimated monthly payments as well as a ball park figure for my trade in. The ball park trace in was close to what I wanted so we scheduled an appointment for 930 am next morning as he guaranteed me that I would walk out the door satisfied with keys in hand. We sat down, ran numbers and got to the exact out the door and monthly payment I wanted and needed. I can’t say enough about Collin Argyle and all the other employees from Larry H Miller Toyota that I came in contact with. Not only did they earn my trust and respect, they have a customer for life! Best car buying experience ever!
