I waited in the bay area with one other car waiting for a service tech for 15 min. I had an appointment . I thought they where slammed busy. As I walked... into the tech area I found 6 service techs in their seats with one tech helping a customer. A little frustrated. I asked for a manager. He came and talked with me. I am and was really surprised and disappointed in the LHM Service techs . They don't really know who they work for or why they are there? Best of luck to you all. I am off to Karl Malone Toyota. I absolutely love this Toyota Dealership. This is the best dealership in the Northern Utah area. I used to go to the one in Bountiful, I actually went... there for 7 years. There service level really started to go downhill and things were fully getting fixed on my car. I also went to Karl Malone Toyota, and the 3 times I went were the worst experiences of my car's life. They changed my oil and left the oil cap off, they claimed they changed my tranny fluid, but never changed it. I paid for them to fix my blinker and the moment I pulled out, I realized that it wasn't fixed! UGH... Point being, Toyota of Murray is the ONLY place I will take my Toyota!

There was a week wait time for an emissions appointment but I waited since I also needed a brake check. I arrived 10 minutes BEFORE the appointment time.... AFTER TWO HOURS I hadn't heard anything so I went to customer service to inquire. The Emissions certificate is time-stamped AFTER my inquiry. I think they forgot about me. They waived the fee but it wasn't worth my time when I could have had the same work done at a lube shop for a quarter of the time. There is always a long wait time for service at this dealer and I have often felt ignored. IF you can catch the attention of someone they are always very nice and courteous.

very speedy. staff courteous. About the review, "at least 25 words in length". That in requirement should be rate 1 or below. You cannot force people... to give you "word" when people have already said when one wants to say.

Prompt, friendliness and consideration was one of the things I appreciated most. It was difficult to find refreshments, tea coffee because machines were... not replenished. It was a Monday and u was early so I understand why. Before I was done they were all working again.
