    I bought a Toyota Sienna from them. The process was fine......though they do force you to sit through a finance guy trying to upsale you a bunch of worthless... life insurance, etc. I did buy a lifetime interior warranty for them--which seemed like a good idea. But when I followed up later to have something fixed I was told, sorry, your warranty expired. Really--you call it a lifetime warranty and it expires?

    I absolutely love this Toyota Dealership. This is the best dealership in the Northern Utah area. I used to go to the one in Bountiful, I actually went... there for 7 years. There service level really started to go downhill and things were fully getting fixed on my car. I also went to Karl Malone Toyota, and the 3 times I went were the worst experiences of my car's life. They changed my oil and left the oil cap off, they claimed they changed my tranny fluid, but never changed it. I paid for them to fix my blinker and the moment I pulled out, I realized that it wasn't fixed! UGH... Point being, Toyota of Murray is the ONLY place I will take my Toyota!

    I've had nothing but trouble here. I bought my car new, 3 years ago. I was sold "the moon" with the extended warranty and maintenance plan. My car locks... quit working due to a random malfunction. When I took in my vehicle, I found that my warranty was NOT what I was told and ended up having to pay 100 dollars for the repair. They repaired the issue. A week later, my key fob's battery went out and I found that while repairing the last issue they broke my actual key hole, thus I was unable to get into my vehicle. I also recently found that my vehicle only needs an oil change every 10,000 miles. I take my camry in every 5000 miles based on Larry H Miller Toyota recommendation and although I didn't need an oil change, they did it anyway, thus ending my 5 year maintenance plan after only 3 years. If you purchase anything through them, don't believe a word they say, read all the fine print and double check everything they touch! Also, don't make appointments for maintenance as they keep you there for hours anyway for a simple oil change, that you probably don't even need.

    Savannah, thank you for reaching out and letting us know about your concerns. Unfortunately, our service department does not have any control over an ...extended warranty deductible. As for the oil changes, per Toyota's Maintenance guidelines, if a vehicle with synthetic oil is driven in a temperature higher than 90 degrees, or lower than 32 degrees, the oil should be changed every 5,000 miles.     I contacted Larry H Miller Toyota service, Tyler Ware, to have a detailed discussion about transmission issues my Toyota was experiencing and request a... repair/replacement quote on specific parts for my Toyota. Tyler agreed to research the parts and service and get back to me with availability of parts and an estimate. Two days later, no call back so I called again and left a message. I called 2 more times over the next few day and left a message but Tyler still did not have the courtesy to return my call. Finally, I called and asked to be connected to the service manager, Levy Johnson. I left him a message requesting a call back. Four days later, no call back from the service manager. It seems common courtesy and customer service are cultural at Larry H Miller Toyota. No wonder they have a 2 star rating. I will take my current and future business elsewhere and suggest any readers do the same.

    Richard and Greg made me feel comfortable and excited to be at your dealership. They listened and understood what I needed and my budget constraints. They... did not try and direct me to something I could not afford. They provided several viable solutions for me to choose from. They are an asset to your oeganization. Understanding your customer and executing what they require is paramount to success. They went above and beyond in delivering a win-win scenario for both your dealership and me as your customer. I have worked with Richard before and because of the type of individual he is I came to your dealership seeking out a good quality product. Richard has a high level of integrity and Greg is amazing and complemented the entire experience. Greg did an amazing job in presetnging our offer to our satisfaction. Even if we didn't ultimately buy or find a car that day because of this experience I would have returned to seek out another vehicle

He took the time to listen to all of our questions and concerns and helped us find a car that is perfect for us. We were there for a while but he made the process easy and fun.     Wow! What a great experience we had buying our car ! Nice friendly sales people- courteous and helpful! We left there rather quickly and felt as if we... belonged. We will definitely be back. Thanks to Richard Prospero and Mike (Big Chief)! They both were really fun to work with. Great place to do business in every way possible Even loved the popcorn! We will be loyal customers I'm sure!     I've had great experiences at other dealerships (non-Toyota) but Larry H Miller did not measure up. A month of interactions with this dealership's service... department showed systemic and serious problems. No one appears to be concerned about good communication, accurate quotes, or taking responsibility for mistakes. I was dismayed at my first interaction and increasingly frustrated and shocked as I moved from a service coordinator, to the assistant manager, on up to the remarkably aloof service department manager. The work on my car was fine, but the service I received here was so poor, I won't be back and I would warn anyone-friend, stranger, or sworn enemy- away from this business.
