We had a great experience buying a car here. They go the extra mile to please customers. Very knowledgeable and no pressure, just super helpful.
Brought my car in for engine problems, they kept and worked on it for a month. Service Rep Jennifer Crouch is the best, friendly, respectful, and kept in contact with me the whole time with updates on my repairs, going out of her way to help answer questions about things I didn’t understand .Picking up my car was very fast and efficient! She’s the very definition of what excellent customer service looks like, she definitely needs a raise/promotion!

Bought the car long distance. Salesman was Mike White. Responsive, thorough and facilitated a video review of the car. Communications were direct and accurate. Just received the car and everything was in order. A very good experience.
I had an excellent experience at Manly Hyundai. Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. My salesman Roque was great. I didn’t feel any pressure and he was very patient. Time was used well and I wasn’t there for a long time. Curtis the manager went above and beyond. He put in the extra mile to make this purchase happen. He also, was very patient. I couldn’t be more grateful and appreciative. Eric was great as well. All of the paperwork went smoothly. I’m super happy with my new car. Thank you!
Best car buying experience of my life. The staff is professional, know their stuff and are just plain nice. Never condescended to me as a woman buying a car on her own. I bought a beautiful new Kona. I got a great car for a great price. Special shout out to the wonderful Antonio and Eric.
Unfortunately due to Covid 19 and the new lock downs apparently coming up I am reluctant to purchase a vehicle at this point. I am worried about being laid off if we go into another shutdown. I’m so sad ! Thank you for your help ☹️

Was looking to purchase a car from them. I am a distance away so did it online. Pretty much had it ready to go, talked with someone about it and was just waiting to hear back from the manager. Took 12hrs for them to get back to me and I had to contact them. At that point I said yes to the deal. Only then I receive an email saying the was being sold that day and they would get back to me. Never heard back. Called them to get it figured out and they told me I needed to do paperwork that Ben (the online guy) didn't tell me about to reserve the car (gladly would have done so if I knew). Then they turned around and trying to sell me a car that didn't compare at all. Then after speaking with multiple people, I come to find out I could of had the car delivered to be me, when I was told they only deliver locally. Overall incompetency and lack of professionalism. Horrible service and generally over priced so if you do make the mistake of buying from them. Be ready to have to fight for a reasonable price.
