Lies and Deceit
Inquired about a vehicle for sale. Contact person listed on web page is "Julie". Asked if the vehicle would pass safety and emissions and for "Julie" to contact me. What I got in return was constant badgering of "when can you come in"...."how soon can you come in". Never answered my question regarding the safety and emissions (actually avoided it after repeated requests) and there is no "Julie"....its a lie.

Disappointed
Very pleased with the vehicle, however disappointed in the tactics used to rush us through the buying process. We started with a vehicle priced below market and ended up with financing well beyond the value of the car. Our mistake for not slowing things down, but unfortunate that dealerships feel they tack on so many additional fees and charges. Beware when financing and remember you do not have to use their financing either.

We do offer a Cash price on our vehicles but the price on line Clearly states that We arrange the financing with our premium lenders. The only fee that we have is our doc fee. Took 2.5 hours for an oil change. For two hours my car was forgotten and left in the bay until I demanded answers! They forgot my car, it was sitting two hours directly in front of four service workers while others were serviced customers

Our dealership!!
After visiting a dealership where my wife and I where belittled, our expectations weren't very high walking into any dealership. However as we drove into Tim Dahle Nissan Murray we were greated with sincerity before even getting out of our car. Walking into the building, the manager assured us that they were going to find us a car, regardless of our bad credit. Then came Creighton Patterson, this young man did nothing but provide exceptional and professional customer service. He worked very hard to find us a car, took us on multiple test drives and at the end of the day found us a car! We are very impressed and so very thankful with every single member of the Tim Dahle Nissan Murray Team!!! They have definitely gained our business for life!

Great place
Ok so where do I start So last month I walked in a bit cautiously due to all the bad reviews that I’ve seen and hoping for the best of everything. Well I honestly have to say that I walked out the most happiest and excited customer 1 Sales was very understanding and on point for what I was looking for Lucas was very patient and fair in every single way he first sat me down and asked / wrote down wait specifically i was looking for he than went to his office area took look first car that he took me to was on point with the color the price the year the mpg and most importantly to me the mileage I was just amazing that he was able to get me the car that I was looking for and without pressure I honestly can say that I will refer anyone to come to this dealership but wait there’s more after finding my car we obviously go through the credit / finance check well on that I have to say that I was also amazing I being an impatient person felt like it took a bit longer than I thought but I was glad and didn’t care about how long the process took cause honestly what finance wants is to make sure you get a good deal as in financing with your budget I honestly couldn’t be any happier especially cause I was able to trade in my car for my new Nissan rouge thanks John from finance for taking the time and a lot of effort so I can be happy I appreciate everyone at TIM DAHLE MURRAY you were all great to me and like I said I would recommend this dealership....

DON'T JUST DON'T
I wish I could leave zero stars! After I bought a car They added unsigned paperwork for an extended warranty that was never discussed with me. I called them 6 times and reported to the BBB. They just kept saying “they would call me back” They sold me a lemon with a bad transmission. I came into them to have my car fixed. It tool over 30 minutes of arguing with them. I have a warranty that I have paid for, and they were denying it and saying I never had a warranty. Finally I pulled up my unsigned paid for contract in my e mail. They acted shocked, and claimed I never once contacted them about it. Now they have my car and refuse to run diagnostics on it. I call they send me to Voice mail .They claim the damage on my car won’t be covered by warranty. I called the warranty company who assured me I am covered, and literally all they have to do is call them with a diagnostic, and they will put in a claim. They refuse to! They have my car. I have to Uber to work. My kids have to walk to and from school. Now I have two claims with the BBB, and still no result. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY!!!

On 11/18/2019 You brought your vehicle in for service. We did perform the diagnostic on the vehicle and found that the transmission was not being cooled enough which was causing the issues. We recommended that we install a larger transmission cooler. (since this is not original equipment on the vehicle it would not be covered by any warranty manufacturer or otherwise. We did explain this to you and we also communicated to you that we would talk with Nissan and with the warranty company. The warranty company denied the claim as it was not original equipment that was being replaced or repaired. We did get Nissan to help a little and Tim Dahle Nissan has decided to pitch in as well to help you out. To complete the repairs it would be around $1,000. We are covering $595 which leaves you with a balance of $405 which you agreed to.

We purchased a brand new Nissan Rogue SV in April 2018 from Tim Dahle Murray (and our third brand new Nissan in a row). Sales process was fine although the car had a large dent on the hood from delivery that wasn’t shown to us until after the paperwork was signed. Took around 3 months but they did fix the dent for us. At less than 10,000 miles, our Rogue’s transmission began a loud clunk noise when disengaging gears, and it also sputters and stalls intermittently. We’ve had it in to be looked at multiple times and are told this is normal behavior. It’s still under warranty (and we even have the extended warranty) but Tim Dahle will not even keep the car to diagnose the issue since it’s “normal.” Our last visit we were offered to take a large loss by trading the vehicle in instead of fixing it. We will not be back.
