I just wanted to thank the team at Jody Wilkinson for being such great and kind people. We bought our Certified Pre-Owned Acura MDX from them with piece... of mind. We came in already approved with an Auto Loan and they made it happen. We started with Juliana and told her about our concern over the scratches rims, she talked to her manager and they fixed it the same day we bought it. Looks like new. We finished with Matt since Juliana was off the day we came in to pay and pick it up. Matt was such a cool dude and super down to earth. John was our loan officer who process the paperwork and our check. He made the whole process fast and painless. He changes the way I thought about dealerships and never pushed unnecessary warranties. We had an amazing experience with this dealer. Kira our salesperson was so knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. There is a reason we have... purchased two vehicles from Jody Wilkinson, and I will defiantly come back for a third.
Warning lights came on and they misdiagnosed the problem on the first visit. Second visit they finally diagnosed the problem. They had my car for 3 days... each time. Did not take responsibility for misdiagnosing the problem. When I picked my car up the floor mat was extremely dirty and grease on the inside of the car. Did not call when the car was read to be picked up.
Jake and the rest of the service team are awesome. It is nice to go to a place that lets you know what your car needs and gives you options. I trust them... with all of my cars. Acura or anything you own.
Warnings lights came on multiple times. Took 3 visits but finally figured it out. I was well taken care of and kept informed thruout the process. Clearly... the whole team cared including service manager Christie.
