The service center has messed up on my car twice.

The service center has messed up on my car twice. They treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about and then they said I was lying about taking it somewhere else. They didn't take responsibility or offer a way to resolve the issue. They refused to replace the part they messed up.

A financial nightmare

I purchased a used car from them two months ago. I decided to use my own bank to obtain a loan, and their financial department completely screwed up the transaction. Now they’re trying to act like it’s my fault that the loan is settled and the bank won’t send them any more money. They have a horrible financial practices and super low integrity. They even charged me for a “clear coating” and then I found a statement in the paperwork that the car did not have. clear coat applied to it. The financial manger was also trying to make me feel sorry for her because she just got a divorce. What that has to do with my loan getting screwed up, I have no idea! Completely irresponsible people.

I purchased a car from them, but did not use their loan

I purchased a car from them, but did not use their loan services. Instead I got my car loan from USAA, a highly reputable source. Jody Wilkinson financial team botched the loan and now, after waiting two months to tell me, they’re trying to play victim like it was somehow my fault they cashed the faulty check. Their financial practices are horrendous. Buyer beware!

Simply the BEST service we’ve received in over 30 years...

Simply the BEST service we’ve received in over 30 years of purchasing cars. Olivia was knowledgeable, friendly and even identified an incentive that helped save us money. Rachel, the GM, made us feel like family... helping us to save even more, while ensuring we were in a vehicle that truly fit our needs. Finally, John (Finance) helped ensure we were able to navigate the loan approval process (we placed a fraud alert on our account for security reasons) and moved us through approval seamlessly. We are excited for our first Acura (moving from German luxury vehicles). From start to finish (and no doubt beyond), the customer service we received was top-notch. By far better than any other luxury dealer in Utah! And lastly, but most important, we love our RDX!! Thank you Jody Wilkinson Team!

I just wanted to thank the team at Jody Wilkinson for...

I just wanted to thank the team at Jody Wilkinson for being such great and kind people. We bought our Certified Pre-Owned Acura MDX from them with piece of mind. We came in already approved with an Auto Loan and they made it happen. We started with Juliana and told her about our concern over the scratches rims, she talked to her manager and they fixed it the same day we bought it. Looks like new. We finished with Matt since Juliana was off the day we came in to pay and pick it up. Matt was such a cool dude and super down to earth. John was our loan officer who process the paperwork and our check. He made the whole process fast and painless. He changes the way I thought about dealerships and never pushed unnecessary warranties. Oh, and the free oil changes for life and a sweet deal! Jody Wilkinson Team, you guys are all amazing! Thanks you!!

Warning lights coming on

Warning lights came on and they misdiagnosed the problem on the first visit. Second visit they finally diagnosed the problem. They had my car for 3 days each time. Did not take responsibility for misdiagnosing the problem. When I picked my car up the floor mat was extremely dirty and grease on the inside of the car. Did not call when the car was read to be picked up.

Great service, honest people.

Jake and the rest of the service team are awesome. It is nice to go to a place that lets you know what your car needs and gives you options. I trust them with all of my cars. Acura or anything you own.

Have issues with new MDX and all warnings lights coming on.

Warnings lights came on multiple times. Took 3 visits but finally figured it out. I was well taken care of and kept informed thruout the process. Clearly the whole team cared including service manager Christie.
