I greatly appreciate a dealer with a service department that operates ethically and does not try to sell me services or parts that are not really needed.... Such is the case with Jody Wilkinson Acura. In the past, I have felt unable to trust other dealers because maintenance visits have always involved up selling of services or parts that increase the cost of the visit. Dealing with Michael and others at Jody Wilkinson Acura was a breath of fresh air because I felt they were truthful and prioritized my best interests as the customer. Based on this positive experience, I will definitely return to JW for future maintenance visits.
