WORST CAR BUYER EXPERIENCE EVER.
WORST CAR BUYER EXPERIENCE EVER... Purchased a BMW X6 4 months ago and still do not have my tags. No one will return my calls. You call the office number, no one answers. Spoke to Eddie, the manager, who said he would help but now does not pick up my calls. Also, the vehicle was sold with a warranty. After taking delivery of the car, I learn it had been performance tuned and my warranty is voided. Eddie at Fairfax said they would give me $1k compensation for the issue but now no one returns my calls when I try to collect. Completely unprofessional and being a sales person myself, I can't image treating my customers this way.

On Jan 6, 2024 I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata w/
On Jan 6, 2024 I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata w/ 36,700 miles. Within less than twelve hours the engine light came on. It was a cam shaft issue, and my own mechanic said the light had just simply been turned off so this issue wouldn't be revealed to a buyer. I called Fairfax Motors, and on four different occasions was told the service manager would return my call. He didn't. I was also told my driver's side mirror would be fixed because it could not be adjusted from the inside. Once again, no one called me back. I drove there, but no one was available to deal with me. I was told they would call me but of course they didn't. They issued my temporary tags, failed to register them with Fairfax in time, and so they expired despite multiple calls to them. They told me they had changed the oil and the filter, but that was also a lie. The car records show that it was a hundred and seventeen's days passed servicing and the oil is BLACK! Believe nothing that these people tell you: NOTHING! Because I bought this car "as is", I am now faced with $500 worth of servicing and repairs. I should also addthat I was told I could bring the car back, but I would lose twenty percent of the value since it was now a two owner car. I was offered a 2009 small Merc Benz with 86 000 miles in exchange. Apparently out of the hundreds of cars on their log, this was the only one available to me.These people may be charming on the sales end, but they are not Responsible, Truthful or Ethical. Do NOT buy a car from these people!

My husband and I had a seamless transaction and wonderful
My husband and I had a seamless transaction and wonderful experience at Fairfax Motors. We were looking for cars online and found a vehicle that we were interested in. We contacted Fairfax motors and Pauline set up an appointment with her to test drive the car and discuss a possible trade in/purchase. We arrived at 10:30am and left with a new car two hours later. Pauline was amazing. She walked my husband through the ins and outs of the vehicle. This was a huge relief to both of us since we had never owned a BMW. Pauline was simply delightful. She took away the usual stress of feeling rushed or pushed into a purchase of a car at a big dealership. John, the finance guru/GM was also so warm and friendly. He even got us a better deal that than our finance company offered. I would highly recommend Fairfax Motors for a luxury car purchase. Best car buying experience ever.
