Excellent Service Department

I have serviced my old Tacoma here and will be servicing my new Tacoma here as well. Billy and Ashley in service are excellent to work with. That's why I'm purchasing a new Tacoma here. I worked with Kory, Scott and Jake to purchase the new Tacoma.

Used 4Runner

Went to look at a used 2005 4Runner and something was wrong with the 4low. It had some really bad hard shifting. So didn’t end up getting it.

Don't Buy/sell a car to this dealer

The customer service at this dealership is by far the worst I have ever experienced. They show no interest in the customer unless it benefits their narrative. They dont stand by what they tell you and will blatantly lie to your face. It happened to me. I would buy a vehicle or get service done anywhere else if I was you, save yourself the disappointment.

Great Service Department

The service depart at Young Toyota in Logan is the ONLY place I will take my vehicles for routine maintenance, repairs, and tires. Austin advises me on the services that my vehicle needs done and is very conscientious in giving me details of what each service entails. The service department gets my vehicles taken care of in a timely manner. The service is superior and the cost is competitive.

BUYER BEWARE!!

LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!!!!! We paid $12,000 more for our car than was quoted!!!! My husband and I went to Logan Young Toyota to buy a car. We called ahead and they said the specific vehicle was headed their way. We set an appt and met with the sales person. A few days before, we had spoken to a rival dealer, and during negotiations for a higher end car, had become unsatisfied with the manager and left. We told Young the story, they tried to get the car we wanted and it didn't work out. Due to our prior approach to the rival, they told us they would discount the vehicle they had enroute if we would sign with them. Awesome, right?! They priced the car at $25,784. Rad! We were ready to sign. And then they came back with these "options" they add to every vehicle, and lucky us, we get to pay for it...?? I get to pay for the window tint I didn't ask for, the clear bra, and anti-theft marking that I never asked for. Ok, ok... Fine. That's $1788 added to our price, plus taxes and stuff, we're up to $30,137. Ok. Fine. I get it... Taxes, safety, UV protection. So we're good to go. Bring on the finance dude. I feel like I should tell you, at this point, we have been in the dealer office for 4 hours. Yah. 4 mf-ing hours. My sweet (genuinely sweet) sales person "had to go" back and forth 4 TIMES about changing wheels. 4 TIMES ABOUT RIMS!!! Anyways... Finance dude took an hour until he was ready for us. Here, I'm going to tell you about how I had previously contacted my bank and had an approved loan ready and waiting. Sales rep started asking questions I already answered with my bank. I told him, at least 3 times, we already have approval with (insert local bank here) why are we doing this? He says it is their process. I asked if they work with said local bank, he says yes. So, on with the questions. Then they come back and said they pulled our credit... Dafuq?!?!?! I just told you, I have already arranged my finances [red flag number 4] Ok, we go in to sign. We are 5 hours into this. We are tired, we're hungry, my husband is exhausted, I'm trying to stay positive. Finance dude starts talking about service plans. I feel like I should note: before every interaction with the finance guy, he specifically states: "May I start?" This threw up a flag the first time, but I just figured it was a training thing; he did this twice. Service plans, sounds good. I like to have my vehicle covered, it is never a good thing, until you need it, am I right?! Ok, cool, value service plan at $3295 covers tires, interior of the car, some extra something or other on the under carriage, key replacement, five years of dent repair, etc... Sounds great, right? Blah blah blah.... Number equals $37,687.80.... FOR A CAR I THAT STARTED AT $25,784!!!!!!????? I will post pics of my document. I am sure we were double charged for at least one thing (anti-theft), if not triple charged. My husband and I and physically sick with what we signed on. We have no justification. We were exhausted, and I honestly think that is a ploy Young uses. Other reviews state people were there for 5,6,7 hours. They use your exhaustion against you. Today, I called and spoke to Daniel. I asked for a sales manager, I got Daniel. I told him, I'm not happy with this agreement. I signed for $12,000 over the stated price. I asked to cancel the contract. I know, Pops, I signed. I understand. I signed a contract for a vehicle that isn't in the state, yet, and my bank hadn't sent money over. So, why can't we, in good conscience, say no harm, no foul. We are just over 24 hrs of us signing. Daniel begins to man-splain contracts to me. Gee, thanks, my feeble female brain just couldn't handle it (insert finger here). He tells me the car has been ordered for me (sales dude said it was enroute to dealer before we even went to Logan) and the state registration had been sent. Ok... Fine, but I still want out. Oddly enough, I'm still not ok with your shady business.

Horrible service department

The sales department at Young Auto was awesome but the service department sucks. I bought a brand new Rav 4 and after 4 years my radio is fried..... they will not do anything but charge me $1300 for a new one. I have had nothing but disappointment with the service department since purchasing this car and would not advise having your car serviced here.
