Horrible service. If you don't have to go there avoid at any cost. I had a technician comes out in fron of me with black dirty hands and start touching... my cream interior seats on my brand new Toyota! I let it slide once. I came back a second time and my car was outside waiting for me again with completely dirty seats! They charge you an arm and a leg for service bit can't use common sense when in side the car!
Best knowledgeable sales person I have ever met Mirza, he is the best sales professional Outstanding. He was very helpful,highly recommend he have shown... a lot of patients about 4 5 hours he was explaining things until I was satisfied and the manager was also very cool helpful thank you guys Iam happy with purchase I recommend everyone to visit there
My experience with them was quick, easy, they answered all my questions. I recommend salesman Adam he took his time and was very helpful. Amy in finance... was very nice and she was very detailed on what I was paying for. Thanks guys!
Was threatened by the manager Dave for writing a bad review about him and now he keeps calling my phone threatening me. Police report will be filed

If there is ever a recall repair needed, I don't recommend Toyota of Lincolnwood. I got a notice from Toyota that I needed an air bag replacement. I... went in, got it replaced and then got another notice from Toyota thanking me for doing the first "temporary repair" and to get the second permanent one taken care of as soon as possible. I called Toyota of Lincolnwood and they got me an appt the next morning early at 8:30am. Sounds good so far ....right. Well I get there on time on Saturday morning, my wife drives with me in the other car, go up to the desk and they tell I don't need it, it was covered under the repair I did 2 weeks earlier. Instead of apologizing for the mixup, the CSR kept pointing out to me that it was handled and showed it to me on her screen. If she could see that I didn't need the appointment, why couldn't the person on the phone see that, she saw it in 2 seconds. Frustrated I walked out. Minutes later, I called the car dealership, talked to CSR in Service Dept, who took my information down as I said I wanted to speak to a manager. He called me back within a half hour. I told him how disappointed I was with the service I got. First he explained to me he didn't know why Toyota sent me another notice. Next, he explained that he uses a service to make appointments. Pretty much didn't get it. Number one, he essentially was taking no responsibility for what happened. He was blaming Toyota for sending me the notice, blaming his answering service for making the appointment, he took no responsibility whatsoever for the mixup. I also explained that instead of his CSR telling me over and over it had been handled, she could have apologized for the inconvenience instead. Again, both my wife and I got up early and drove almost 25 minutes in local traffic to get there at 8:30am in the morning, our days off. Given that no one seems to take responsibility for a negative customer experience that happens at their dealership, I do not recommend buying your Toyota from that dealership. I had an older Toyota and told him I was going to be buying a new one next year but told the manager he lost me as a customer.
Bad dealer bad experience but if you want more than one......
I Came in to test drive a car and for the 5 to 10 minutes that I was out of my car someone hit my car in their parking lot. When I called to see if there... was camera surveillance they said yes. When I returned to the dealer the footage was conveniently not available... Not a single person offered an I'm sorry let me help NOTHING except'I don't think police can come on private property'! Oh wait they did offer the excuse that since Covid hit the computer systems have been off. I guess video cameras can contract the deadly virus!! Absolutely unbelievably ridiculous BS! Worse than poor rating but there is not an option to give a negative number!!
My three-year lease on my Toyota Corolla was up, so I went to the dealership to decide whether to purchase it or turn it in for a new leased car. Aerial... was my sales person. She showed a lot of patience in walking me through the various options and prices. Since I am retired and on a limited income, cost was the most important factor for me. We determined that the best choice was to purchase my leased car. Then I kept the focus on details of the various line items that made up the total. She was very patient in clarifying with her manager the many questions I had. Then I proceeded to Amy, the financial person, who was also easy to work with.
I have to say this dealership is one of the greatest ever, Omar helped me find the perfect car, a 2018 RAV4 AWD. He worked with me on pricing and the finer... details. Amy was also wonderful, giving me all the details of my extended warranty. I cant wait to use their service center. They have the greatest line up of 2019 and 2020 vehicles.
