    I have to say this dealership is one of the greatest ever, Omar helped me find the perfect car, a 2018 RAV4 AWD. He worked with me on pricing and the finer... details. Amy was also wonderful, giving me all the details of my extended warranty. I cant wait to use their service center. They have the greatest line up of 2019 and 2020 vehicles.

    You’re my name is Bruce drop my car off and Wednesday, April 17 Toyota Camry will check engine light I also decided to get the set a tires to subsequently... I was told in on my exhaust was leaking it was bad I need a new exhaust system and that’s why the check engine light came on also a bad oxygen sensor also a leaky trans gasket rack and pinion leaking new parts and struts and somewhere in the $7000 range I was told for all the taxes and disposal fees and so forth I went to Pauly Toyota and on my car they looked it over with a fine tooth comb only thing I needed was struts for $1000 no leaks no problem I Rack andPinion nothing coming apart and my muffler pipes and all that stuff is totally intact and not leaking whatsoever so is this a new practice just the pad the bill very disappointed you guys don’t even stand up to their quality they’re classy they’re honest and very professional it’s very sad to hear that you guys do practice this way so does the management know I don’t know but I will never come back will never buy a car from there so too bad

    I went with my cousin to buy a car. She got a Corrola and soon after I got a Rava. Just what we needed! Very satisfied with the cars/payments.

    Terrible experience.. would give minus rating if possible. They will do everything to get you in their trap. Stay away. I bought a new car in March-19.... I had better quote from other dealer but they said that they'll beat it. I was ready to pay in full and while waiting for the car, they asked me to complete the paperwork. When I offered the check, they mentioned that we are giving you more discount and I have to finance the car through TFS. I was told that I wont be paying anything extra to TFS if I pay in full after getting first statement. I verified the same with General Sales Manager and Business manager. As suggested, I tried to pay in full immediately after receiving statement but TFS asked me to pay interest accrued till date. I contacted dealership in person and their GSM agreed about the miscommunication but denied to refund me the interest. I am sharing my experience here so that nobody fall prey to them in future.

    Albert really helped me to get my new Camry. He was really helpful. Even the finance manager were really nice to me. They really do care for their customers.... I would recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to buy a car.

    I came to the dealership to see, to know little bit more about Toyota RAV4 2019 Limited. Salesmen Alonzso showed me RAV 4 LE. They didn't have today... right car. He didn't tell anything about options RAV4 Limited has, didn't know size of the car.... and many other things, but he tried to push me to buy car in same day. When I came to the dealership I said I don't want to buy car today, just would like to see, to know more about car. He took a lot of my time, he has been pushing me to buy, argue about price, but didn't show any information, didn't talk about car. I think he was unqualified technically. I said I am not ready to buy, but he didn't listen, just talked about money. Finally, when me and my wife decided to leave, seller understood that no business with us today, he put big candy in the mouth and said good by. Next day he send me text message from his personal phone on my cell phone. I don't know, if he should do this. I'll never come back in Grossinger Toyota. By the way, good coffee.

    I was a customer who visited Grossinger Toyota North (7225 N. Cicero Ave. Lincolnwood, IL 60712) on Saturday November 24 2018 around 6pm CT, and via M... Tammo, was connected with A Krolic to discuss Toyota Prius 3 options available at their dealership. Over the course of three hours, we discussed available car options at the dealership. After several direct price negotiations directly between myself and the sales person (A. Krolic; he separately interacted with his manager, T Buti), I was led to believe we had reached an agreeable price on the vehicle both with a handshake and verbal confirmation. I was elated and with Mr Krolic's help, I started filling out the paperwork according to his requests. I also spent time unlocking my credit reports with the appropriate agencies. However, halfway through the paperwork, I was notified by Mr Krolic that the sale was off, and that his manager, Mr Buti, had reneged on the offer. While I would have had no issue walking away from a negotiation deal where we could not reach a resolution on the price of the vehicle, it was extremely disappointing and frustrating to have Grossinger Toyota North renege in the middle of a transaction, solely because of a communication error between Mr Krolic and Mr Buti. I believe the dealership missed an opportunity to admit to the mistake, but still accept the agreed upon value, demonstrating to me (or any customer) that their primary goal is customer satisfaction. When I approached and asked Mr Buti about it, he was apologetic but unwilling to concede his position. his responses were: (a) the numbers weren't shared with him in the manner he was accustomed to, (b) they were very busy with the Thanksgiving holiday sale, (c) he couldn't lose $4k on a car sale. I hope for the sake of other customers, this Toyota dealership and team will re-evaluate how sales transactions are handled, including properly writing and categorizing numbers being discussed (e.g., MSRP, tax, doc fees, discount, refund, title, etc). After such a disappointing experience at this dealership, I hope my next experience at a different Toyota dealership will be more positive and customer-centered.

    I wish I did my homework before I traveled over an hour to get to this dealership. If I could change things, I would by not purchasing from this dealership... because it has been nothing but a hassle. Nothing was taken off the price listed yet they will not produce a second key or return our phone calls or follow-up. BAD BUSINESS for sure.
