Ryan, my Service Manager, was very informative, professional and efficient. My car was in for a 35,000 mile maintenance and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. I had a problem with my glovebox after the appointment and, Ryan, promptly fixed the problem and was very courteous during the process. There was a little grease on the door handle which was also remedied by Ryan. He also provided me with a car wash. I was very pleased and satisfied with today's visit to Tony Divino's Service Department!

Toyota

It is easy to schedule services and when I show up I am always greeted nicely. It takes about an hour for scheduled maitenece and tire rotation. The play room has enough to keep my girls entertained while we wait. They take good care of my car and never pressure me to over buy or schedule services.

Excellent service and very responsive. I didn't have an appointment but they went out of their way to make room for me.

Worst car buying experience I've ever had

I was so happy that I found my car so early into my shopping! I fell in love immediately and decided to purchase it if I could get a good price. A nice man named Lawrence helped me and took me on a test drive he was friendly and easy to work with, he sat us down at a table to negotiate with a man named Ron. We determined the price I would pay for the vehicle and then my husband and I were left to discuss. Lawrence came back and checked on us and I asked him to confirm that the price agreed upon would include tax, tag and title, he said that it included everything. I decided to buy the car but needed my cosigner to come in and fill out paperwork a couple days later. When I arrive (after waiting a ridiculous amount of time) I am taken back to finalize the sale and am quoted a different price than I agreed on. After confronting Ron about this he told me I misunderstood and did nothing to work with me. I've never had an outstanding car buying experience and I was hoping to get that from this dealership but today I had to give that car back to Tony Divino because they told me the wrong price and I refuse to be jerked around. I will be visiting another Toyota dealership instead.

Very disappointed

Needed an additional fob for my recently purchased, used Toyota from an out-of-town, non-Toyota shop. Called to see what I needed to schedule. Receptionist answered, put on hold and then got disconnected. Called again and she answered the phone while finishing a conversation with someone else. Service dept. was polite and ordered a new fob and scheduled an appt. to sync with my vehicle; a 20 min. job. Arrived for appt. and finally found a helpful guy at the service desk who found the new fob and told me where to pull in; even with an appt. I had to wait in line to enter the service bay. Explained to the tech why I was there. Thank goodness they had a comfy, giant, waiting area and snacks since I was there for 1.5 hours. (Ironically I'd met a friend as I was arriving who had been there for 2 hrs. waiting for her car service.) After 1.5 hours, I finally walked out and found a tech in a bay to ask about my car; although there were several techs there chatting, not one had approached me. He went off to check and never returned. After several minutes a female tech did approach me, I explained and pointed out my car parked in the bay. She checked and it was done and waiting. They finally pulled it around, but never notified me, so again I had to go out to get the keys and leave. Not impressed. (6 months ago)

Hi UM. Thank you very much for the honest feedback. There is no good excuse for our dropping the ball that many times in one visit. It sounds as though we were extremely busy that day but we still should have done better. We usually do much better as evidenced by all of the 5 star reviews we have received on Cars.com. Our sales representative was young, enthusiastic and extremely helpful. My wife's and my first visit was just to test drive two different Toyota vehicles with no commitment to buy. He had no hesitation to support us in this. Once we decided on a vehicle, we obtained a couple quotes on-line then went back to this rep. With no hassle, they test drove our proposed trade-in and provided a reasonable price for it, giving us a NADA trade-in print-out to compare their offer (slightly below average, but justified by the vehicle condition). He then offered a price to buy the vehicle we wanted after making sure we were getting the features we wanted. His quote was close to the best offer we had, and we chose it because of our satisfaction with him and his dealership so far. We had to order the vehicle from the factory to get what we wanted, and he committed to giving us whatever Toyota rebate was available at the time of delivery, estimated to be 6-8 weeks. After a couple weeks, he called to give us an estimated delivery date which he later revised to a few days earlier. Upon delivery, the closing process went very smoothly. The trade-in offer was honored and the current Toyota rebate was made ($500 higher than at the time the order was placed). The rep was anxious to help me learn the features of the vehicle and made some adjustments I requested before I drove off. A few days later, I went back to get a spare key fob programmed and while I was waiting, my sales rep helped me sign up for the SOS (similar to OnStar) system. All-in-all, the best experience in purchasing a new vehicle in my 45 years of doing so.
