Tony Divino Toyota

This is our third Toyota from Tony Divino Toyota and our second purchase with Brandon. We are always treated with respect and courtesy at Tony Divino. Brandon is very thorough when he goes through the vehicle with us. We will definitely recommend Tony Divino Toyota yo others.

This morning I took my new Taco to get their special sealant sprayed on it. ($1,000). I show up at 8 am when my appointment was. This Dude with his tablet says what are you here for ? so I answered i have an appointment, my name is XXXXXXXXXX. He then begins questioning how I was because i seemed off. I wasn't any kind of way. After several minutes of this (he wouldnt let it go) I asked in jest if he was a psychologist. He answered, "you would be surprised". Then I said can we get my car taken care of then he fold his arms across his chest holding the tablet and refused to do anything else. I said ok I'm leaving can you get my car out of here. By this time it was lined up with cars front and back. He said no. So i walk straight to the receptionist on the sales floor gave them my name and number for the GM to call me. I walked back to the service bay and i still couldn't get my car out. So i asked to call the police. Meanwhile the guy goes around to all the service employees telling them i am calling the police and they in turn start fake laughing out load like im crazy. Then the Thug manager shows up and wants me arrested...um I'm the one forced to call the police. I asked if he wanted to talk to me. He just got aggressive and threatening without even hearing any details. I'm 5'7" not tall or big. This was crazy. Finally when the police show up they have him clear the ramp so i can back my truck out. What the heck kinda place I this ? I have tried to call the GM but he's not taking my call.

ERICwas so pleasant to work with in helping me make a appointment for a Oil change and trying to make contact Nick my favorite Srrvice Adviso. There is a Toyota dealer closer but I prefer to drive the 45 minutes to this location.

The entire stff is efficient, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and highly professional! The dealership is always spotless from the showroom floor thru the service dept. We really enjoyed working with our salesman, Sean Wheeler!
