Charles is simply AMAZING!! I came in a few months ago because I was just in the area looking and his personality is what really sold me that day. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. You can tell that he was not just just a sales person, but was a people person and made sure his customers were happy with their car. I told him that although I wasn't in the market right then when it was time I would come to him for sure. Fast forward to this February and I did just that. Charles remembered me and made sure I was able to get exactly what I wanted. He was very patient and made sure that I knew everything about my new car, the features, my warranty and everything. Mike was also awesome and made sure that the numbers were exactly where I needed them to be. Needless to say the entire staff at Gravity Autos made you feel welcomed. These guys work hard and it was very much appreciated. a few weeks later and I'm still smiling every time I look at my new car. I would reccomend Charles, Mike and the staff at Gravity Autos a billion times. Thanks again you guys!

Charles Hannah is the most professional, customer-oriented car salesperson I've ever encountered. He's patient, understanding, knowledgeable and thorough. My husband previously purchased a car from Charles and was pleased with the transaction. When I was ready to purchase, he introduced me to Charles and I liked him immediately. I visited the dealership several times, but could not decide on a vehicle. Each time, Charles was patient and he never changed his friendly, patient and outgoing demeanor. I never felt pressured or intimidated during the process. When I finally selected a vehicle, a Mercedes, Charles went through the car's functions and explained some of the high-tech options. I'm extremely happy with my vehicle. I'd highly recommend Charles as your next salesperson at Gravity Auto. I must also mention that the owner Nick was always friendly and chatted with us each time we visited. The finance process with Adam was very smooth. He explained all facets of the financing, offered a very reasonable rate and extended warranty, and treated us with respect. He's a very nice, professional young man with a great sense of humor. I'd honestly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a high-end luxury car without pressure.

I have been leasing cars for the last 25 years plus. My wife and I decided to buy a one-to-three-year-old car instead of leasing and have a similar monthly payment but own the car. We had been looking for a week and saw hundreds of cars online on various sites. We had gone to dealerships and talked to other dealerships on the phone. We then came across Gravity Autos Atlanta. Immediately we were impressed with the selection of higher-end cars. The cars they had were a bit different in that they all had nice packages, trim, tech, and interiors. I was lucky enough to get Charles Hannah when I called to ask about a few cars they had on the lot. Before talking to Charles, I had spoken to twenty or so sales folks and sales managers. Charles was a cut above right off the bat. He actually became my car guru. He knew so much about every car I asked about. He knew the little things and what the pros and cons were. I knew I had the right guy that I trusted after talking with Charles about five to six different cars. I talked with Charles over a seven-day period and always came back to Charles after talking to others. I had never had a sales guy really look to understand how I was going to use the car, my personality, and more. It was not about the money or upselling me. I really felt he wanted to find the right car for me in the amount of time he devoted to my search. I realized that their pricing is really fair and even CarFax and other sites say so. I finally went to the dealership to look and drive four cars. When I saw the Maserati Quattroporte S, I could not even look at any other cars. When I drove it, I had to have it. It was an easy process and they really took care of me on the purchase. The finance guy also took great care of me with packages, extended warranty, and got me a crazy low rate under 3%. All in all, it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had and I drove off with a dream car. I now have my car guy, Charles Hannah. He is the best of the best.

I was very impressed with the high end car inventory at Gravity Autos Atlanta. I inquired about a Maserati but ended up with a S550e. I am so happy with my purchase. They made it easy and efficient. Both Igor and Shane was very professional and made sure I understood every step of my car purchase. George got me to my desired rate and Adam help me sign on the dotted lined.
