They put the steal in stealership. Avoid this dealership at all costs. I recently purchased a used truck from this dealership that I had to top off the coolant, window wash, and motor oil which the oil was 1 quart low. Add to that, they didn't bother to repair an obvious defect with the tubing that connects the windshield wipers to the window washing pump. The tubing was taped together with athletic tape. This truck had sat on their lot for nearly 3 months and they didn't know about it? I have a hard time believing they didn't know about it and didn't bother to fix it. I also believe they didn't bother running any history on the vehicle to make sure it had any of the TSB's performed on the truck either. The GM eight speed transmissions are known to have an issue with the factory fluid used at the time of manufacture and servicing up until 2019. I am stuck with needing to replace the transmission fluid and filter due to the dreaded GM 8 speed transmission shudder. This issue is intermittent and wasn't noticed during my test drive of the vehicle. In closing, do not, I repeat DO NOT purchase a used vehicle from this outfit.

Just purchased a new truck from Provo GMC. Words can't describe how professional the entire team is. They treated me with courtesy and respect, and made the entire transaction so easy. Deceptive practices of switch and bate!!!! Buyer BEWARE!!! My original build for my 2021 Escalade from back in July included an additional $2000 option for Night vision in which my delivered Escalade did not come equipped with even though I had been told several times that the reason my build had taken so long was due to being held up for the Night Vision option. Not once had anyone mentioned to me that the vehicle, I signed for did not come equipped with the features I had originally intended to have. I may have caught the missing option had someone from the dealership actually taken the time to do a proper delivery of the vehicle by walking through the vehicle and going over the features along with helping set up everything, in which none of the proper delivery process took place. When I first arrived to sign for the vehicle, I had noticed horrible swirl marks in the brand-new paint. After complaining to the dealership, someone apply some hand wax which still left blemishes to be noticed. I still have marks on the fabric, the steering wheel and other areas that are not acceptable. I paid over $100k to have a service of buying a used $5000 vehicle from a used car lot, NOT the Cadillac experience I had envisioned. I would like someone from Corporate to reach out and make this right, this kind of business is not good business and should not be allowed. I have tried reaching out to the GM Phil, not once will he take my call or return my call.. I guess they pulled a fast one on me and have my money so they are gone out of the picture.. I would like the original intended vehicle as I had anticipated, blemish free.

2/17/2020 there was a steering click when turning the wheel. it started after the engine was replaced here. it continued to get worse and worse. which obviously worried me. it was winter and I dont have a garage so I brought it in. Seven worked with me. he is a stand up guy. they claimed it was a link behind the steering wheel. he claimed they didnt even need to diagnose it they just knew. so they ordered the parts. took a week to get them. installed them. said the car was done. I came to pick it up. low and behold the steering still clunked. so i said i wasnt going to take possession. he said ok he would get a tech back on it. they had it for another two days. then they blamed my "aftermarket coilovers". so this weekend was a nice weather long weekend. I decided to get under it and see if I could see anything. had my wife turn the wheels and low and behold my STEERING RACK WAS MOVING! they didnt tighten down the bolts after the engine was replaced..... seriously..... your 30 year experienced tech couldnt see that when he diagnosed it?? I was told by the service manager Jason that it was safe to drive. that could have sheered the bolts off and caused something terrible to happen. this place continues to surprise me with the incompetence and lack of caring for their customers. do not go to this dealership for service. their sales seems ok.

Nice people if you do not catch them overcharging the cars. Topical stuff, nothing new. The car is discounted, but if you sum up the payments they won't be able to explained how their math works. Stay away. If you are happy with your experience you probably still do not know you were scammed.

Great quality service!
I have now bought my third car (gmc Acadia) from Harmon’s and it has been fantastic. The salesmen were very friendly and sincere and never felt “pushy.” They took the time to carefully go over all my paperwork with me so I understood all the details. Overall, I felt like I was treated very fairly and not taken advantage of like I’ve felt at other places. I’ll definitely continue to go back for my car maintenance! (Also, their recent remodel on the interior looks great!)
