Bad dealership

The salesman (Al) was great. He did everything he could to help me find a car in my budget. I was also what was suppose to be a certified used car. The finance officer said that it only covered the drive train and talked me into buying a bumper to bumper policy. 10 days after I bought the car it had wheel bearing problems. I called the dealer. Salesperson was off that day. The manager sent me to the used car manager, who told me to call the service man, who told me I would have to bring the car in and leave it for two days. No loaner, no rental or anything. I checked with another Nissan repair shop who got it in the same day and fixed it. Only problem was getting the inspection report from Robbins. It still cost me two hundred dollars to get it fixed as they had to use the bumper to bumper warranty. I bought a certified car so that I wouldn't have problems. I would not go to this dealership again.

Bait and Switch

Bait and switch is being used often. The bait and switch tactic was used to draw me into the dealership by April and Leo. When I got there I found out they did not have the Nissan Murano Platinum I wanted. They tried to get me to purchase a different car and when I hesitated, Leo got very aggressive with me. I was circled by staff members and barely let go. I am a woman and felt treated disrespectfully. They tried to charge me $5,000 above the sticker price for a car I didn't want and When I left tried to harm my credit. We have purchased two previous Nissan vehicles from them in the past but I would NEVER purchase from them again.

Parts Department

Can't speak for the dealership as a whole, but the parts department customer experience is terrible. Hung up on twice over questioning why an accessory (that didn't match) was not returnable. Bear in mind, nothing custom, exotic, etc. Wildly poor customer service. You're not the only game in town, this is a great way to push away future business

Customer service

We drove over 2 hours to look at and possibly purchase a new 2020 NISSAN Pro 4X4. We were greeted as soon as we parked our truck and received a warm welcome. As with any vehicle purchase, after test driving a new pro 4X4 and having our trade in looked at we sat down to talk price. After all is said and done, the sales personnel did everything to come to an agreeable purchase price with us and I’m now driving a 2020 Nissan Pro 4X4. This was the best we have been treated by any dealership and I’m 72 so there’s been several during my time.

So, I recently just bought a 2020 Nissan Altima and the sales representative helping me was so kind, and thoughtful. I had a lot of requirements and they were able to check every box i had on my list.

Great Experience. Bought a new Titan and think it?s great. Nissan sure did a good job in this truck. Our salesperson was super informed on the truck and new exactly what I needed.
