Pleasant and efficient
I needed a new vehicle because my Subaru had 290 thousand miles on it and we travel a lot. I wanted to compare the CR-V to a new Subaru and make my decision after that. Clinton Bates was helpful in explaining the features of the CR-V and I was impressed with what the Honda had to offer. I was departing from my fifth Subaru, which all have served me well, and am hoping for as good of an experience with the CR-V.

In and out in 20 minutes flat.
While members of the service department were immediately checking wirh me about what I needed, My go to guy, Chris Baguley came to me and let me know in 5 minutes my battery tested bad. We had a new battery installed and we were out the door within 15 minutes. I know it's not that quick and easy all the time but with an appointment one hour away it was very much appreciated.

Excellent work and customer service.
Excellent service by my customer service representative and the mechanic who did the work. Best Service Manager I have ever worked with. Always apprised of service needed and costs involved. Very pleasant, professional and capable. I have faith in them and wouldn't take my Odyssey anywhere else for service.

Great car!
Franko and Mike were great to work with, (although don't make a bet with Mike). Didn't feel pressured into anything I didn't want. Great customer service and love the Honda brand.

Quick, professional service
It was nice to visit the dealership website and schedule my oil change. When I got to the dealership, I just pulled into the service entrance and was greeted with a kind "good morning" and handed over my keys. An hour later I was on the road home. Great experience as always. The only service department my Acura has visited.

Quick, great service.
Convenient, easy location. Excellent service and pleasant, friendly people to deal with. We went in for an oil change, but was advised our power steering needed changed. Also we had our air cabin filter replaced.

Everyone always helpful in answering questions, providing on time service, and repair service. I prefer to use the Honda Service center because I need the shuttle service.

Purchased a fabulous new Honda.
My wife and I purchased a new 2018 Honda CR-V EX-L with AWD on 4/18/18. The salesman, Jack Must, treated us very good and helped us in making our decision. Randy King walked us through the options for additional coverage and was very pleasant and helpful. Randy(with driver's cap), who worked in finalizing the deal was friendly and easy to work with. Even the parts guy, Ryan King, who gave us our goodies was very friendly and helpful. Great experience on what can be a very tense ordeal in buying an expensive car.
